That means that major military assets could be mobilized to “maintain the public safety and law and order” while these actions are carried out; and at that point all bets would be off if these mobs and radicals persist and not disperse or stop all their protesting attacks. At that point it could and probably should include lethal force, if they are crazy and arrogant enough to push beyond such a point further endangering the Agents and the Public at large, at which point they could get killed in the process!
