Hello, fellow patriots!
Today, I want to delve into an issue that has been weighing heavily on my mind. As I traveled through the affected areas recently hit by Hurricane Helene, I observed firsthand the glaring failures of our government agencies and the stark reality of a system seemingly designed to prioritize political agendas over American lives.
Let’s start with FEMA. My journey took me through 500 miles of red areas — conservative heartlands where families were in dire need of assistance. Yet, help was nowhere to be found. It was disheartening to see how resources were funneled into places like downtown Asheville, where there wasn’t even a broken branch. Why? Because it’s easier to supply money to cronies through no-bid contracts than it is to roll up sleeves and tackle real issues in communities that don’t align with their politics.
It’s infuriating how the Interior Ministry put up a page to debunk “disinformation” when I saw with my own eyes Americans being abandoned. It’s all about optics and narratives while neglecting those who truly need help. As I mentioned before, “I’m so sick and tired of them killing people.” This isn’t mere incompetence; it’s a deliberate choice to ignore red states, leaving local communities and churches to fend for themselves.
Now let’s talk about our leadership. Where was Kamala Harris during this crisis? Silent for a week, she suddenly appeared on social media boasting about efforts in North Carolina after being absent when it mattered most. And then there’s President Biden — taking time away from actually leading to campaign and fundraise in California, while the people who elected him were suffering.
In contrast, we have Governor Ron DeSantis down in Florida handling emergencies with precision and effectiveness that deserves recognition. In fact, he was so well-prepared that President Biden gave him his personal number for direct contact — a rare level of support that shows respect for DeSantis’s competence despite political differences.
While Harris finally made an appearance post-storm, it felt more like damage control than genuine concern. Her belated attempts only further highlighted the disconnect between Washington’s elite and everyday Americans struggling after natural disasters.
These events underscore why we need transparency and accountability from those in power. I’m determined, along with others seeking truth through FOIA requests, to uncover where resources were allocated during this disaster response — because slow action cost lives unnecessarily.
It’s time for change; enough excuses or misplaced priorities affecting innocent people caught up amidst political gamesmanship! We must demand better from those tasked with protecting us all equally regardless if you’re living within blue borders or red ones alike!
This experience reaffirms my belief that true power lies within each one of us as citizens striving towards fairness & justice across party lines by making informed decisions at polls come November 6th!
So dear friends let’s rally together stronger than ever against bureaucratic failures undermining our great nation—because ultimately united WE stand divided THEY fall!
Stay vigilant my fellow patriots; together we can make America great again ensuring every citizen receives due care irrespective any affiliations whatsoever!!
Keep fighting the good fight,
Pete Santilli
