In a historic event at the Capitol in Washington, D.C., on July 24, 2024, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered a speech to a joint meeting of Congress.

As he took the stage, he was greeted with a resounding standing ovation, reflecting the significance of his presence and the gravity of the issues at hand.

The atmosphere in the chamber was charged with emotion as Netanyahu began his address by recognizing Israeli hostages and their families, paying tribute to Israeli soldiers in attendance, including Ethiopian and Muslim soldiers who had bravely served their country.

During his speech, Netanyahu took a strong stance against anti-Israel protesters who had gathered outside the Capitol. He condemned their support for Hamas and their attacks on American symbols, highlighting their alignment with what he described as “evil.”

Specifically addressing protesters carrying signs that read “gays for Gaza,” he drew attention to the persecution and execution of LGBTQ individuals by Hamas, likening this support to endorsing an oppressor.

This powerful remark underscored his commitment to defending human rights and combating extremism.

Amidst this charged environment, Representative Rashida Tlaib from Michigan stood out by wearing a keffiyeh and holding provocative signs that accused Netanyahu of being “Guilty of Genocide” and a “War Criminal.”Tlaib’s protest reflected her deeply entrenched anti-Israel stance, which has been evident in her previous actions and statements.

Despite her efforts to draw attention to her dissenting views, they were largely overshadowed by the overwhelming support expressed through repeated standing ovations during Netanyahu’s speech.

It is noteworthy that while the majority of attendees responded enthusiastically to Netanyahu’s remarks, there was a discernible divide when he addressed criticism directed at Israel’s operation against Hamas in Rafah.

During this moment, it was observed that only Republican members of Congress applauded, underscoring the contrasting perspectives on this contentious issue within the chamber.

The significance of this event extends beyond just political rhetoric; it underscores the complex dynamics surrounding Israel’s position in global affairs.

With tensions running high both inside and outside the Capitol building, this gathering served as a microcosm of broader debates about Middle Eastern geopolitics and international relations.

Netanyahu’s address carried substantial weight due to its implications for U.S.-Israel relations and broader regional stability.

Why does this country of ours the once Great America “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave” allow this type of “reprobate terrorist fomenter and sponsor of Hamas” get a pass to do this in our country under God “the Judea Christian God-Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit;” even when several days ago their treasonous ilk attempted to assassinate President Trump; I tell you unequivocally the current (president and v.p.) are of this same ilk make no mistake about it, “they are criminal traitors of the highest order!” I’ll tell you why this has all been allowed, because we the People had committed many sins which He Almighty God our Father in heaven wants us to turn away from which is part of the reason we allowed “many communists to infiltrate and poison our nation from the inside out;” but NO MORE!

We the People now know “who is who and what is what” along with “the bottom-line,” which is going to lead to “the ejection of all such enemies within” even though this “current evil administration” allowed in tens of millions of “Illegal Invaders” many of which are set in their own wicked minds to think they will conquer us! “NEVER,” because “God is on our side” and He has been patient “waiting for His children to awaken and rise up!”

God bless America and “every mother’s son and daughter” as you start praying if you haven’t started to already, and “seek the Father’s will each day, so that He will protect and guide us to victory in Jesus’ Holy Name!” Amen.

God bless you my fellow American Brothers and Sisters!

She needs to go back “home” to her Grandmother in “Palestine”. And take the other malcontent from Somalia with her. You can’t accept the values of this country, see ya’. We will not be changing this country to turn into what you left. It’s the other way around. Wanna’ talk about all the TRUE victims on October 7th? You know, the ones the terrorists are still holding hostage? Yea, THOSE true victims.

CRIS; absolutely! This has been a huge problem; allowing such anti-AMERICAN, Christian and Jew Hating people into our country let alone give them a soapbox in our CONGRESS!? Who’s been minding the candy-shop and where is the Constitution in the daily operation of our Legislature?

Time for this madness and “radical breeding Activism” running loose in our nation’s colleges and now government to be brought to an END!

All you stated is spot-on and the following is the CRUX to me!

“You can’t accept the values of this country, see ya’. We will not be changing this country to turn into what you left. It’s the other way around.”

Remember the old adage “Love it or Leave it,” that is the choice for all of these “crazies!” Because if they don’t listen up now; then “they will at some point not too far down the road find they are deported or even sent to GITMO!”

Why do I say this; well many of these morons running loose in our government structure would have been sensible “which they are not” to have read a lot about the past here in the United States! Let this SINK IN YOU MORONS; “We just had a former President and now leading candidate running for the same office again almost killed, by an assassination plot,” then we see “this moron in Congress fomenting hate and supporting Hamas;” well listen up you jackal Tlaib!

“When the United States finally decided to enter World War I in 1917, there was opposition at home by those who wanted America to remain neutral in the European conflict and groups who actively opposed the draft, the first of its kind in the country. The most vocal dissent came from pacifists, anarchists and socialists, many of whom were Irish, German and Russian immigrants and whose loyalty to America was openly questioned.

Fearing that anti-war speeches and street pamphlets would undermine the war effort, President Woodrow Wilson and Congress passed two laws, the Espionage Act of 1917 and the Sedition Act of 1918, that criminalized any “disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language” about the U.S. government or military, or any speech intended to “incite insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty.” (These were different and separate from the Alien and Sedition Acts passed in 1798 that were mostly repealed or expired by 1802.)

The two broadly worded laws of 1917 and 1918 ultimately came to be viewed as some of the most egregious violations of the Constitution’s free speech protections. They were written in an environment of wartime panic and resulted in the arrest and prosecution of more than 2,000 Americans, some of whom were sentenced to 20 years in prison for sedition.

A handful of those convictions were appealed to the Supreme Court, which upheld the Espionage and Sedition Acts as constitutional limits on free speech in “a time of war.” One famous decision penned by Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes introduced the “clear and present danger” test, which he compared to shouting “fire!” in a crowded theater.

As the war rolled on and more American soldiers died, Congress doubled down on disloyal speech and passed the Sedition Act of 1918, which amended and expanded on the Espionage Act to target any speech that could be interpreted as criticizing the war effort, the draft, the U.S. government or the flag.

“The whole reason behind the Espionage Act and the Sedition Act was the fact that the government understood that words matter, words had influence,” says Lon Strauss, an assistant professor of military history and war studies at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College.

“The Supreme Court accepted broad interpretations of both the Espionage Act and the Sedition Act, and in a series of cases upheld convictions as consistent with the First Amendment,” says Geoffrey Stone, a professor at the University of Chicago Law School and author of Perilous Times: Free Speech in Wartime.

One of the Court’s landmark decisions was Schenck v. United States, in which socialist Charles Schenck was charged with conspiracy to violate the Espionage Act by distributing leaflets urging Americans to disobey the draft. The Court voted unanimously to uphold the conviction, citing necessary limits on free speech during times of war.

“The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent,” wrote Justice Holmes, introducing a new judicial test for whether speech crossed the line from disloyal to dangerous.

To illustrate what kind of speech met the “clear and present danger” test, Holmes gave a now-famous hypothetical example. “The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic,” he wrote. history.com”

My point is that this was happening during WWI and a time of “great crisis” which we are “absolutely in right NOW!” So Tlaib is an idiot or perhaps influenced by “dark forces” to carry on the way she has and does now! She is obviously “a radical hater of American history and values” going all the way back to our Founders establishment of this “Constitutional Republic” having nothing to do with socialism, communism, Jihadist/Islamist Radical Dictatorship or other off the wall madness; yet she thinks that the insane and evil ways of running a country like the place she came from is far better, and that is why she is on the attack always; she is crazy or evil, and most likely both! So these past Supreme Court decisions and Laws that worked for a time and then were abated, skewed or tamped down could very easily under “the clear and present dangers” of our current National and Global climate be reactivated and improved upon fiercely; and that would mean Tlaib and the whole Squad could be behind bars!

Keep up your trouble making attacks and antics if that is what you want to happen to you haters; you obviously hate Trump because he is all about Patriot American Values which you despise! You would rather see America with so called (puppet) leadership like Biden or Harris because they don’t give a damn what happens to America, and that would be fine by you so it could be taken over by our enemies, which are the many like you Tlaib!

ANITA; I concur 100%, that would be the wise thing to do right now to quell all of the hate and rabble-rouse garbage going on; we are in big trouble and wise actions must be implemented! Do we see what the opposite of wise actions has done over the last three and a half years; its a forgone conclusion that we need to take these decisive actions NOW!!!
