Jeremy Brown, a former Green Beret and Republican candidate for Congress in Florida’s 14th Congressional District, honorably served in the United States Army from 1992 to 2012, achieving the rank of Special Forces Master Sergeant.
Despite false allegations, Jeremy Brown did not enter the US Capitol on January 6.
His true “crime” was his refusal to cooperate as an FBI informant.
In January 2021, Jeremy Brown declined to work as an undercover operative for Chris Wray’s FBI at the Jan. 6 Trump rallies. He subsequently released video evidence of FBI agents attempting to recruit him for this purpose at his home.
Subsequently, in October 2021, the FBI forcibly entered his home and arrested him on unfounded misdemeanor charges.

Jeremy Brown did nothing wrong. But he did expose Chris Wray’s lies.
Jeremy became a member of the Oath Keepers in November 2020, in response to the contentious presidential elections.
He traveled to Washington DC to provide security for the numerous planned protests and rallies following the election.
By March 2021, Jeremy Brown had begun speaking out about an encounter with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) in December 2020.
They had approached him in an attempt to recruit him as a spy on patriots and ordinary citizens during the events of January 6th.
In December 2020, FBI agents visited Jeremy at his home due to his online postings. Subsequently, Jeremy released video surveillance footage of this encounter and later shared an audio recording of his meeting with the FBI.
Jeremy struggled for months about whether or not to go public with this information. But according to his Facebook page — “After listening to politicians and the FBI Director, Chris Wray, tell lie after bald-faced lie to the American People, he could not stay silent any longer.”
Jeremy made the decision to prioritize protecting and defending the American people and the truth over his own privacy and personal safety. As a result, in March 2021, he teamed up with Brandon Gray on Banned.TV to recount his experiences after joining the Oath Keepers in November.
Jeremy publicly shared a video documenting his interaction with government officials when they visited his home, as well as audio from a meeting with FBI agents at a local restaurant where they attempted to enlist him as an undercover informant for events on January 6th in Washington DC.
In his video, Jeremy revealed that the FBI had initially reached out to him by phone before arranging a meeting at a restaurant in Ybor City in December 2020. During this encounter, Jeremy claimed that after only 38 seconds into the discussion, the FBI tried to recruit him to gather information on the Oath Keepers.
It wasn’t until June 2021 that reporters first spoke with Jeremy Brown after he decided to go public with his astonishing account. At that time, Jeremy was in a safe location and maintaining a low profile while assessing the potential repercussions of his actions.
In September 2021, the same agents who had previously approached Jeremy returned to his home with almost two dozen additional agents in order to arrest him.
Jeremy’s family and attorney informed the media the following morning, and the FBI conducted an extensive search of their residence, RV, and trailer before arresting Jeremy. A former Green Beret who served in the US Army from 1992 to 2012, Jeremy reached the rank of Special Forces Master Sergeant.
The Gateway Pundit reporters interviewed Jeremy’s girlfriend after his apprehension. She disclosed that he was scheduled to appear in Pinellas County Court on charges of trespassing, a misdemeanor. Subsequently, the FBI fabricated charges against Jeremy after discovering military weapons left to him by his deceased brother during their prolonged search of his home. Notably, it was revealed that Jeremy was not read his rights during the FBI’s five-and-a-half-hour investigation.

In 2023, Jeremy Brown received a sentence of over seven years in prison.

This is disgusting to read. Director Wray and a lot of Democratic Politicians need to be brought up on charges and the FBI needs a total rework, not a defund but a total de-politicization of it and make it toe the line to the true operations of it, fighting crime, not for political purposes. Jeremy needs to have his sentence exonerated.
This nation is under “maritime law”. This is why the government gets away with all of this illegitimate judicial garbage. Our governments (federal and state) are ALL illegitimate and have NO jurisdiction over civilians, yet the people refuse to resist. They currently do whatever they desire without ANY legal recourse for the accused.
What have we become? The corrupt are in control and the patriots are being locked up for not bending a knee to the corrupt. Find the person and fit the crime. May God help us if Trump is not elected.
Actually, our country was forced into “maritime Law”. However, we are now under soft “Martial Law” at this time due to Donald Trump. Full Martial Law will be implemented soon when the EBS/EAS signal goes off. Our military has jurisdiction over all law at this time, but Civil and Federal law are being allowed to “operate” to get all the traitors arrested first. You would be shocked at the thousands of people that have already been arrested, tribunaled and convicted not just in America, but all over the world. Biden is not POTUS.
