I’ve found that it was best for me to search out and find a “good medical doctor” Hypocratic Oath for Real, “do now harm” who prefers nutrition over pharmaceuticals and who will hold you to a high standard of health. I do believe that even just one component to overall good health is a good “gut health,” or what is called “the gut microbiome.” The proper balance of the so called good bacteria in the trillions within the gut is an autoimmune function, which actually preserves our bodies overall health on many levels! But so many folks throw their whole health out of whack by not protecting this balance, eating trashy highly processed foods and those with many added chemicals or artificial ingredients and even things the body doesn’t need or harm it!
Plenty of good sleep is also a part of this, as when we sleep specific hormones are released in the brain that mobilize body repair and regeneration that only happens when sleeping! So here I must add that this idea of “an appropriate doctor” is definitely one who is “not a pill pusher” who is in synergy with the pharmaceutical companies to push the idea that staying healthy is getting “more pills prescribed” by the doctor, in order to live “a good healthy life!” God designed us to function well in the earthly environment with proper maintenance of the beautiful system He provided! A doctor that has an extensive background from education in naturopathic medical colleges is highly desired and the best way to see this!
They are the sort that can diagnose while helping to prevent and treat acute or chronic illness appropriately, in order to restore and establish optimal health through the opposite of a pill pushing tactic, to seek balance and harmony, by instead supporting the person’s inherent self-healing process.
Life is no “joy ride” but is rather a struggle and mixture of hardships and at times “temporary joy.” At least striking a balance is a worthy goal in this dilemma which we are locked into. Why that is so, is simple, “we are human and fallen in nature so there is no perfection here on earth while we are living a flesh overwhelmingly material life;” we need to be freed from it and that will only happen when we “serve the Father’s will and through the redemption of Jesus Christ” then saved to become who each of us was created to be, “a child of God in heaven.” So “we struggle here and there is no panacea” which modern medicine and the like via Big Pharma can say they can offer, saying they have a new pill or this or that cure, and come to us with all your problems we can work on curing you; most if not all of it baloney! Rather it’s “all about the money honey” that they rake in playing the public, a captive audience!
