If they are “permitted to obey or follow orders that are obviously unconstitutional and violates their solemn oath to the Constitution, why pray tell do they even take that oath? Where is the teeth?
Could it be that as a US Military member I simply lived my oath? I was brought up that only trash and vermin takes an oath and then willfully and consciously violates it. In accordance with that oath, US Military members (officer and enlisted) are oath bound to disobey unconstitutional orders and instructions. Does this puzzle some?
