In the past few months, about 68,000 illegal aliens have been apprehended within the U.S., as reported by Tom Homan, who serves as the border czar under President Donald Trump. This figure showcases the administration’s ongoing efforts to manage immigration challenges, despite certain judicial obstacles they face. Homan made it clear at the White House that these operations will proceed regardless of recent court decisions.

Homan’s comments come in light of U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein’s ruling that temporarily blocks the federal government from using the Alien Enemies Act for deportations. This ruling was issued on April 9 and extended on April 22, highlighting the legal complexities surrounding deportation efforts. Despite these challenges, Homan emphasized that appeals are in progress to counteract the court’s decision.

While some deportation activities might be paused due to legal proceedings, Homan assured that the pursuit of individuals considered a threat to public safety will continue. The administration remains committed to arresting and removing these individuals from U.S. streets while awaiting further legal clarification. This unwavering stance underscores the administration’s dedication to its border security policies.

From day one of his renewed term, President Trump has empowered law enforcement with tools to address gangs and cartels by designating them as foreign terrorist organizations. This executive order has bolstered efforts to combat organized crime and ensure national security. The use of the Alien Enemies Act has also facilitated the swift deportation of individuals deemed dangerous.

Critics have argued that the administration’s approach lacks due process, but Homan strongly disagrees. He questioned the need for additional legal procedures for those who crossed the border illegally, suggesting that they were not subject to vetting at entry. Homan’s stance reflects a broader commitment to prioritizing national security and public safety.

Highlighting the importance of secure borders, Homan noted that border barriers help reduce illegal immigration and drug flow. He argued that these measures have a life-saving impact, even if critics often overlook this aspect. According to Homan, these efforts not only protect the nation but also assist in identifying human crises and medical emergencies.

The administration’s focus on deporting public safety threats aligns with Trump’s campaign promises to secure the border. Among recent arrests were 27 members of the Tren de Aragua gang, a notable achievement in tackling transnational crime. These individuals face charges of racketeering, sex and drug trafficking, robbery, and illegal firearm possession.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi highlighted the severity of the Tren de Aragua’s activities, describing them as a structured terrorist organization. The gang’s involvement in brutal violence, human trafficking, and drug distribution has had devastating effects on American families and communities. The indictments and arrests span three states, reflecting a concerted effort to dismantle the gang’s operations.

The administration’s collaboration with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and local law enforcement has been crucial in these efforts. This strategy marked the first use of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act against criminal illegal aliens. Homan emphasized the significance of this action, warning that similar measures will continue against other criminal entities.

Through these coordinated initiatives, the administration sends a strong message to gangs like Tren de Aragua. The commitment to eradicating organized crime from the country remains unwavering. As Homan put it, they are determined to keep up these efforts and will not back down.

In dealing with immigration and border security, the administration remains focused on protecting American citizens. They aim to fulfill their promises and ensure that threats to public safety are swiftly addressed. Homan’s remarks reflect a broader strategy to maintain law and order across the nation.

While challenges persist, the dedication to securing the border and enforcing immigration laws is evident. The administration’s approach seeks to balance security needs with the legal framework governing these complex issues. Homan’s statements serve as a testament to the ongoing resolve to uphold national security priorities.

As these initiatives unfold, the administration continues to navigate the legal landscape while pursuing its objectives. Homan’s confidence in the system and the administration’s policies underscores their commitment to these goals. The actions taken thus far demonstrate a clear path forward for addressing immigration challenges.

The efforts to secure the border and manage immigration are part of a broader vision to ensure safety and prosperity for all Americans. The administration remains focused on delivering results that align with this vision, despite facing legal and political hurdles. Through steadfast leadership and collaboration, they aim to achieve lasting success in these endeavors.

Noting saying that illegal migrants cannot be captured, arrested and held, as long as necessary for “due process”. Remember they are not subject to the same laws that protect American citizens, they are citizens of other nations and have committed crimes against America, while on American soil. Being held for “due process” would likely serve as a call for them to exit the US on their own. Either way they are taken out of the general public which is the goal.

And over 10 Million to go because at least that many invaded our country in the first few years of the Criminal Biden administration, so as when they broke into our country illegally we need to see equally dramatic numbers of them apprehended and immediately deported to fix this massive problem that could bring on the end of America as we HAVE KNOWN IT!
Can the job get done, I doubt it but I would love to be wrong about this!
