Activist Allegedly Aids Minorities in Cheating on Air Traffic Control Exams, Potentially Endangering Lives

Alarming revelations have surfaced, shedding light on a disturbing incident involving a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activist. Shelton G. Snow, a prominent figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), allegedly attempted to provide minority candidates with answers to an entrance exam for air traffic controllers. This action, as reported by the Daily Mail, raises significant concerns about aviation safety and fairness.

In a recorded conversation, Snow is heard promising to share crucial exam answers with minority candidates. “There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of, and I am going to send that to you via email,” Snow stated. His intention was clear: to give these candidates an unfair advantage in a critical examination process.

Snow’s plan involved sending the answers in advance, allowing the candidates to reference them during the exam. “I’m gonna send it to each of you, and as you progress through the stages, refer to those images so that you will know which icons you should select,” he instructed. This blatant violation of exam integrity has sparked outrage among those who value merit-based assessments.

The Daily Mail further reveals Snow’s confidence in his actions, as he mentioned, “I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.” Such certainty suggests a well-rehearsed scheme, potentially undermining the entire selection process for air traffic controllers. This is not just about cheating; it’s about the potential risks posed to public safety.

Matthew Douglas, a former member of NBCFAE, shared more chilling details with the Daily Mail. He confirmed that several individuals took advantage of Snow’s offer and are currently working as air traffic controllers. “I know several people who cheated, and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak,” Douglas disclosed.

Adding to the controversy, Snow, a U.S. Navy veteran, remains employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an air traffic operations supervisor in New York. Despite his involvement in this scandal, he continues to hold a position of authority. His side business, Snowstorm Bullies, further complicates his professional responsibilities.

This news emerges in the wake of a tragic accident at Reagan National Airport, where an American Airlines jet collided with a Blackhawk helicopter. The catastrophic incident resulted in the loss of 64 lives on the jet and three pilots in the helicopter. The collision has intensified scrutiny on aviation safety protocols.

Despite the clear link between staffing shortages and DEI policies, Democrats and their media allies have misguidedly blamed former President Trump. The crisis traces back to DEI-driven decisions during the Obama administration. These policies have resulted in the denial of 1,000 air traffic controller applications due to racial quotas, leading to severe understaffing.

The FAA’s current staffing issues pose a grave risk to aviation safety. As more flights operate with insufficient oversight, millions of lives are potentially endangered. The individuals responsible for these perilous conditions remain employed, raising questions about accountability.

The integrity of the aviation industry is at stake, and the consequences of unchecked DEI policies are becoming glaringly apparent. The reliance on political correctness over competency threatens the very fabric of air travel safety. The need for a merit-based system has never been more urgent.

The current state of affairs demands immediate action to rectify the imbalance created by misguided policies. It is time to prioritize skill and expertise over arbitrary diversity quotas. The safety of countless passengers depends on it.

Conservative voices have long warned against the dangers of sacrificing excellence for the sake of diversity. The recent revelations underscore the validity of these concerns. Ensuring a fair and competent workforce should always take precedence over political agendas.

In the face of these challenges, it is crucial to hold those in power accountable for their decisions. The public deserves transparency and honesty from their leaders. The aviation industry, in particular, cannot afford to gamble with lives.

The debate surrounding DEI policies and their impact on various sectors is far from over. As more information comes to light, the call for reform grows louder. The pursuit of equality should not come at the expense of competence and safety.

He and the policy in place are enemies of America! I wrote the following immediately after the D.C Jetliner and Military midair collision and crash back in February. And I know and did back then this was all due to DEI!

No Helicopter or any aircraft should have been flying in the flight path of the commercial airliner which was on a designated final leg of its landing at low altitude! What the hell was a military aircraft doing in that path when it’s a helicopter and could be out of the flight glide slope of the jet with a very simple maneuver being extremely versatile; never-mind all this horseshit about nose down attitude and difficulty seeing! They knew the jetliner was making “its final approach” so should have been “the hell out of the area” until it landed! What was the emergency for the military to have such a craft in the area! This is all BULLSHIT!
Don’t believe any of the suggested inferences of what maybe or maybe not happened! Following simple flight safety rules especially around an extremely busy airport like that is all academic and mandatory!

News Flash: “An American Airlines flight from Connecticut to Reagan National Airport had to abort its landing after a helicopter crossed its path. The flight, identified as American Airlines 4514, was forced to circle the airport before safely landing. This incident occurred just one day prior to a collision between an American Airlines plane and a Blackhawk helicopter at the same airport.
Reports from FlightAware indicated that the aircraft looped around and landed 13 minutes earlier than scheduled. The unexpected maneuver became necessary due to the close proximity of a helicopter. This near-miss highlighted concerns about air traffic safety at Reagan National Airport.” ://libertyonenews.com/flight-aborts-landing-at-dca-due-to-helicopter-crossing-path-day-before-chopper-plane-collision/

What did I say about any other aircraft let alone a military helicopter not supposed to fly anywhere near the commercial airliners final approach glide slope! All avoidable and obviously some people are not following SOP FAA Flight Rules and Regulations!

All DEI hires must be terminated immediately! Along with NTSB review of everything especially the Military flight procedures around this airport!

Like we didn’t see this coming????? Most all nggrs are vicious, violent, liars, cheaters, thieves, rapists & murderers.
13% of the population commits 95% of the crimes. They have zero impulse-control, and and massive and never ending entitlement-mentality. They think they can commit crimes with impunity, then blame all the White people for all their problems.
They really should be forcefully deported to Africa.
