You don’t release a totally psychologically unstable man out onto the public streets to more than likely do harm to innocent citizens just as he did once released!

Until those responsible for the detention and safeguarding of innocent public members are held accountable, there will be more of these cases. The people who were responsible for the release of the individual should face charges for the death of the victim. They should be charged as accessories to the murder of this victim.
