NGO’s do not need any federal funding at all. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to review the NGO’s.

So, does that include businesses like meat processing plants that employ all illegal-aliens?
I had an acquaintance (Legal U.S. Citizen) that worked in a meat processing plant here in town. She worked there for years until the plant closed. This was back in the late 1970’s. To my knowledge, no illegal-aliens worked there, and maybe if the plant had some federal funding, it wouldn’t have closed.
Federal funding always seems to go where it shouldn’t.
