If he had lost on Tuesday the fifth, the next day, Jack Smith, the wise guy, was going to drop a superseding indictment. That’s that 168-page report of nothing but a tissue of lies.
Jack Smith, you’ve already resigned. You’re quitting. I know you’re going to try to run back to The Hague, but bro, you better run to a place that don’t have an extradition treaty because you are not just going to be investigated. Ultimately, you’re going to be indicted and you’re going to be tried.

Considering that there Are 11% more Democrats than Republicans and considering that the PEOPLE have heard of all these “accusations” the people have already sat upon a REAL JURY (not one in a nearly 100% single party city/state). Those people have already JUDGED Donald Trump and found him innocent and found him more desirable than ANY PERSON the Democrat Party could elevate.
The accusation here is that a certain party knew and directed an unlawful payment, unlikely. Most billion dollar executive cum President types generally make a verbal order to get a certain thing done. Most 501c3 have accountants that make the checks. Accountants are there to assure compliances. Same with Officers of the corporation and corporate attorneys on both sides. This is exactly what a NY Judge refused to have in Trump’s Court. That he makes general decisions and final value/purchase decisions. Mechanics are not what he does.
Regardless it is not uncommon for monkeys be be delivered to a type of support that was not intended, and in fact donations that are not legal are found almost daily. There are normal actions to resolve this that do not amount to prosecution. In fact I can remember several leftist Dems getting in the same trouble with nothing but a very small fine.
