In April 2024, J6er Julio Baquero, who had been imprisoned since August 2023, received the devastating news that he had Stage 4 cancer.
Thankfully, he was granted compassionate release to begin treatment at home.
Julio had been serving an 18-month sentence for peacefully exercising his 1st Amendment Right at the US Capitol.
Despite being non-violent and causing no damage during the incident, he was detained by authorities.
Tragically, on Father’s Day, June 16th, Julio lost his battle with cancer.
His time in prison had left him incredibly weak, delaying his ability to start treatment. He spent much of the remaining time in and out of the hospital.
Julio is survived by his high-school sweetheart and three children aged 10, 11, and 20.
During Julio’s imprisonment, his family faced significant challenges reminiscent of political retribution experienced in his mother’s home country of Venezuela.
His high-school sweetheart bore the responsibility of managing a household with mounting legal and medical expenses while ensuring Julio had necessary support during his incarceration.

With a very heavy, I must inform you all of the passing of my honey, my life partner, the love of my life. Julio has gone to be with God and suffer no more. He left this cruel world on Sunday June 16th, Father’s Day 2024.
Thank you to all that have kept us in prayer and donated. The help and support we’ve received during this horrible time in our lives was incredible, and so very much appreciated.
Now we must go about navigating this new way of life. Life without Dad, life without my Honey, life without Julio, we must turn to God for strength and guidance.

This is just another example of Biden’s sick administration along with Pelosi who is responsible for January 6 which she admitted on the video. ALso for the rest of the demos on that sham January 6th committee who lied about testimonies, withheld evidence as Pelosi saying she was responsible for January 6th, never returning all the documents from this sham committee. May these people reap the consequences triply for all the damage they have caused to innocent families, this nation & people. Maybe these people had better see how they look in orange jumpsuits & have their sizes ready.
Stage 4 gastric cancer? Some J6’ers have talked about drain cleaner and other toxins put into their food. Probably a result of that in order to exterminate conservative voters. Nothing surprises me anymore. And do we really believe a GOP that cannot unite will do anything about J6 prisoners no matter how many documents they are able to get from the original sources? Just a show to get votes and stay in office.
Pelosi and her planned Insurrection must be fully investigated an d all of the creed/criminals that partook in this have to be hauled in and put away in the same jail.
I would love to see all the Capitol Police, the DOJ and Biden/Pelosi arrested for murder, and executed for this travesty and for the horrible treatment of the other J6r’s. No one deserves such horrible treatment that they dished out. What the police did was worse than wartime criminal treatment. They should go through the same thing. See how they like it. I am going to believe that they will be arrested – by JAG!
