Network Linked to Soros Seeks to Prevent Trump from Deporting Gang Members

A legal firm tied to George and Alexander Soros’s network is partly responsible for a lawsuit aimed at preventing President Trump from deporting illegal alien gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. The Trump administration recently used this act to start deporting these individuals to El Salvador, following an agreement with President Nayib Bukele. This deal allows the U.S. to send gang members to a mega-prison in El Salvador for a yearly fee.

Shortly after Trump initiated the deportations, nearly 300 gang members linked to Tren de Aragua and MS-13 were put on flights to El Salvador. These organizations are recognized as terrorist groups. In response, the ACLU and Democracy Forward filed a lawsuit to halt the administration’s actions.

The lawsuit involves five illegal aliens in ICE custody, accused of gang affiliations, challenging the use of the Alien Enemies Act for their deportation. A federal judge subsequently ordered Trump to pause these deportations. However, according to the administration, the gang members had already arrived in El Salvador when the order was issued.

Democracy Forward, supporting the ACLU in this lawsuit, has substantial financial connections to the Soros network. Their clients include left-wing groups like the Center for American Progress and the National Immigration Law Center. The Soros-chaired Open Society Foundation, now led by George Soros’s son Alexander, has funded several of these clients.

In 2023, Color of Change received a $3 million grant from the Open Society Foundation, following previous funding in 2018 and 2019. The Center for American Progress, often seen as the Democrat Party’s unofficial policy arm, also received nearly $4 million in grants this year. The National Immigration Law Center and other similar organizations have similarly benefited from Soros’s financial support.

Democracy Forward and the ACLU are currently urging a federal court to investigate whether the Trump administration breached the judge’s order regarding the deportations. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified that the administration did not disobey the order. Instead, the deportation flights had already been completed by the time the order was issued.

Leavitt emphasized that the administration’s actions did not contradict the written order. She pointed out that the Supreme Court has consistently stated that federal courts typically lack jurisdiction over the President’s foreign affairs conduct. This includes his powers under the Alien Enemies Act and his authority to remove foreign terrorists from U.S. soil.

Leavitt further noted that a single judge cannot dictate the actions of an aircraft carrier filled with expelled foreign terrorists. This underscores the administration’s stance on its right to protect national security. The situation remains a contentious legal and political battle.

The lawsuit and subsequent court order have sparked significant debate over the limits of presidential authority. Conservatives argue that maintaining national security is paramount. Meanwhile, left-leaning organizations continue to challenge the administration’s approach.

The connection between Democracy Forward and Soros’s network of NGOs raises questions about the influence of outside funding. This legal battle highlights the ongoing tension between conservative policies and progressive challenges. The outcome could have far-reaching implications for immigration and national security policies.

Many conservatives support Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act as a necessary measure. They argue it is vital to safeguard American citizens from gang-related violence. Opponents, however, view the act’s application as an overreach of executive power.

The broader implications of this legal dispute extend beyond immediate deportations. It touches on the balance between national security and individual rights. As the legal process unfolds, both sides remain steadfast in their positions.

While the administration defends its actions, the opposition continues to seek judicial intervention. The case underscores the polarized nature of immigration policy debates in the U.S. This legal challenge is just one chapter in a larger narrative of political discord.

The role of the Soros network in funding opposition efforts is also under scrutiny. Critics argue that such financial backing influences legal challenges against conservative policies. The debate over immigration and national security remains as heated as ever.

As the legal proceedings continue, the nation watches closely. The outcome could set a precedent for future executive actions. For now, the political landscape remains divided and contentious.

Yes, just like “The left’s desperation is evident, as deep state actors scramble to weaponize the judiciary;” ah yes all are up to their same old tricks as usual!

And that old NAZI Bastard with his spawn of Satan son is about to burn in hell!

But now the “Lesson of OLD” is applied; “Cut Off the head, and kill the snake!”

Now it’s “Hasta la vista, baby!”
