Kreston Global has widened its international reach by bringing a Yerevan-based practice into its fold, creating fresh cross-border options for clients and bolstering support for investors doing business in and through Armenia. This move signals a practical push to combine local knowledge with global systems, while the group also continues to strengthen connections in other regions. The story outlines the new member’s capabilities, the immediate benefits from network membership, and a recent neighboring-network addition for context.
Kreston Global has admitted LL Consulting of Yerevan, which will now operate under the name Kreston Armenia. Founded in 2020 by Levon Sargizov and Lilit Gharajyan, the firm has grown to a team of more than 20 professionals. Their practice covers accounting, legal advisory and customs brokerage, positioning them as a full-service partner for companies moving goods or capital in and out of Armenia.
The firm already works with foreign investors and businesses from places such as the Netherlands and Lebanon, specifically targeting opportunities within the Armenian market. Clients come from a range of industries, including textiles, import-export, media, retail and hospitality, and many engagements require coordination across jurisdictions. That cross-border need drives demand for support in countries and regions like the EU, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus and the United States.
Zara Manasaryan said: “Joining Kreston Global marks an exciting milestone for our firm.
“We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused services, and being part of this respected global network allows us to enhance our capabilities, share knowledge and better serve clients with international needs.”
Membership brings more than a brand name. Kreston Armenia will get access to international best practices, technical resources and structured training programmes, plus chances to join global expert groups and plug into a referral platform that connects firms across continents. That combination of practical tools and cross-border referral flow is exactly what midsize advisory firms need when clients expect seamless international service.
Liza Robbins said: “We are delighted to welcome Kreston Armenia to our network.
“They are an ambitious firm with key skills whose values align closely with ours. Their local expertise and commitment to quality will be a valuable addition to our global community.”
The network’s expansion in the region doesn’t stop here; last month Kreston Global added SAR Associates, a Nepal-based accounting practice headquartered in Kathmandu, as a member. SAR Associates, founded in 2002, delivers audit, tax and advisory services and serves clients across sectors such as banking and financial services, hydropower, infrastructure, international development, manufacturing and public sector organisations. These consecutive additions show a clear pattern: build a geographically diverse web of competent local partners who can coordinate under a shared quality framework.
For clients with cross-border ambitions, that network effect matters. It smooths onboarding for new markets, cuts friction around compliance and reporting, and offers a single point of contact for complex transactions that touch multiple legal systems. Firms like Kreston Armenia can retain the local, hands-on relationships that clients value while drawing on the resources and credibility of a global group to win and manage international work.
