According to a report by The Star Tribune, a judge has recently ordered the eviction of My Pillow, a company owned by Trump ally Mike Lindell, from a warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The eviction was approved on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, following a court hearing held the day before.
The decision to evict the company was made by a Scott County judge after multiple default notices were issued to My Pillow over the past six months.
The company, based in Chaska, Minnesota, reportedly owes over $217,000 in rent and other fees to Delaware-based First Industrial LP for the property located at 4701 Valley Blvd. S.
Lindell was recently interviewed by the Associated Press regarding the eviction order. He appeared unfazed by the decision, with reports stating that he referred to the eviction as a mere formality.
It was revealed that he had actually essentially already moved out of the property and therefore did not contest the eviction.
An attorney representing the warehouse owner released a statement acknowledging this fact.
MyPillow has more or less vacated but we’d like to do this by the book. At this point, there’s a representation that no further payment is going to be made under this lease, so we’d like to go ahead with finding a new tenant.
This situation seems relatively minor compared to Lindell’s other legal issues related to the 2020 presidential election.

Lindell, a supporter of former President Trump, has been unsuccessful in his court efforts to demonstrate election irregularities.
Recently, a judge affirmed a $5 million arbitration ruling against Lindell for his assertion that China significantly influenced the election outcome in favor of President Biden.
The Associated Press separately reports, “Lindell . . . launched his “Prove Mike Wrong Challenge,” as part of a “Cyber Symposium” he hosted . . . in August 2021. Lindell offered a $5 million reward through Lindell Management for anyone who could prove that “packet captures” and other data he released there were not valid data “from the November 2020 election.”
The outlet continues, “Robert Zeidman entered the challenge with a 15-page report that concluded the data from Lindell don’t ‘contain packet data of any kind and do not contain any information related to the November 2020 election.’ A panel of contest judges that included a Lindell attorney declined to declare Zeidman a winner. So Zeidman filed for arbitration under the contest rules.”
Lindell is presently challenging the $5 million arbitration decision.

All I can say is Mike Lindell makes a great pillow. Best I’ve ever owned and I hope he can keep making them.
