The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge has officially dismissed coordinated complaints against Judge Aileen Cannon, who is presiding over the classified documents case involving Jack Smith and President Trump.
This decision has sparked outrage among leftists who are frustrated by their lack of control over Cannon’s courtroom, given her status as a Trump appointee.
They are particularly incensed by her refusal to allow Jack Smith to aggressively pursue charges against Trump and his legal team.
Accusations have been leveled against Cannon, with critics claiming that she is deliberately stalling the classified documents case targeting Trump.
Last June, Jack Smith brought 37 federal indictments against Trump in Miami, alleging that he had unlawfully stored presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate under the protection of Secret Service agents.
These charges included 31 counts under the Espionage Act for the willful retention of national defense information, as well as six other process crimes related to his interactions with his attorney.
Despite the fact that espionage cases typically take years to prosecute, Smith has been pushing for a swift conviction of Trump before the 2024 election.
Last month, Cannon made the decision to indefinitely postpone the classified documents case after Smith admitted to tampering with evidence.
It is important to clarify that Judge Cannon’s actions do not constitute stalling; rather, they reflect a commitment to upholding justice and due process.
Chief Judge William Pryor intervened by rejecting the coordinated complaints against Judge Cannon, signaling support for her handling of the case.
Fox News reported:
A federal judge derided an apparent effort to get the judge overseeing former President Trump’s criminal classified documents case removed, arguing the Florida judge appeared to be the victim of an “orchestrated campaign.”
Judge Aileen Cannon was the target of more than 1,000 complaints in a single week last month, with critics accusing her of intentionally stalling the criminal case against Trump until after the election, according to a report from CNBC.
But 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge William Pryor shot down the effort, saying in a May 22 order that he “has considered and dismissed four of those orchestrated complaints as merits-related and as based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred.”

Thank the Good Lord, for a few honest, Constitutional justices!
Does Smith have legal jurisdiction to represent federal indictments?
Republicans must file a Writ of Habeus Corpus and a petition for an emergency review by the SCOTUS that should overturn all of the guilty verdicts (for imaginary crimes) due to a plethora of reversible trial court errors in NY.
