Khan, a Biden appointee, expressed optimism about Gaetz’s nomination, emphasizing her hope for collaboration. “As Attorney General, Gaetz would have significant influence in antitrust enforcement, and his track record suggests he’s serious about holding major corporations accountable,” Khan said.
