CrowdStrike expanded its Project QuiltWorks coalition and rolled out new services that stitch advanced AI into threat discovery and managed hunting for Microsoft endpoints. The company reported strong fiscal 2026 results, lifted ARR and subscription revenue, and reiterated ambitious growth targets while analysts kept a bullish tilt. This piece walks through the partner additions, the tech integrations driving the QuiltWorks push, the new Falcon OverWatch for Defender offering, and the financial signals investors are watching. Expect facts, the company quote unchanged, and clear figures you can use to follow the story.

CrowdStrike announced several new partners joining Project QuiltWorks, adding major systems integrators and consultancies. Armadin, Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, KPMG, NTT DATA, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro Limited now sit alongside existing remediation providers. QuiltWorks is built around frontier AI models and aims to combine CrowdStrike’s AI-driven vulnerability discovery with hands-on remediation services from established global firms.

The project leans on frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and CrowdStrike said it is integrating Anthropic’s Opus 4.7 across the Falcon platform. That integration is meant to scale advanced vulnerability detection beyond internal use and make those capabilities available more broadly through QuiltWorks. The move signals a push to turn model-driven findings into operational security actions with outside partners doing the heavy lifting on remediation.

Separately, CrowdStrike launched Falcon OverWatch for Defender, which extends its managed threat hunting to organizations using Microsoft endpoint technology. The service promises enhanced visibility, real-time detection and response, and continuous expert monitoring aimed at catching sophisticated threats that might otherwise slip through. For organizations tied closely to Microsoft security stacks, that offering bridges best-of-breed hunting with the native endpoint tools.

On the analyst front, Wells Fargo’s Michael Turrin maintained a Buy rating and a $525.00 price target, and broader analyst compilations show a majority leaning positive. According to a compilation of 56 analyst ratings, about 77% were Buy and 23% Hold, with a median price target near $500. That median implied a modest upside from the recent trading level cited by the company when the numbers were reported.

Financially, CrowdStrike delivered notable top-line expansion in fiscal 2026, with total revenue rising 22% to $4.81 billion from $3.95 billion the year before. Subscription revenue increased 21% to $4.56 billion, underscoring the recurring nature of the business. Annual recurring revenue climbed 24% to $5.25 billion as of January 31, 2026, and the company added $330.7 million in net new ARR in the fourth quarter.

The combination of those operational results and the QuiltWorks rollout frames the company’s confidence in pushing ARR and monetizing AI-enabled detection at scale. CrowdStrike set guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 with ARR projected between $5.5018 billion and $5.5038 billion, and full-year ARR guidance of $6.4658 billion to $6.5164 billion. Those figures feed into the company’s longer-term ambition around scalable, recurring revenue growth tied to cloud-native security services.

“The combination of accelerating growth, expanding profitability, and record cash flow generation puts CrowdStrike in rare air. With exceptional momentum across the business and a record Q1 pipeline entering FY27, we have strong conviction to once again raise our FY27 ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) outlook. The AI revolution represents a new, generational growth opportunity for CrowdStrike, and we are confident in our ability to deliver durable, profitable growth as we scale to our goal of $20 billion ending ARR in FY36.”

CrowdStrike describes itself as a global cybersecurity leader offering a cloud-native platform that protects endpoints and cloud workloads, identity, and data. The QuiltWorks additions and the Falcon OverWatch extension both reflect a strategy of embedding AI into detection workflows while partnering with large service providers for remediation. For readers tracking enterprise security, these moves show how vendors are turning model outputs into operational security services and packaging managed hunting for customers already invested in major endpoint ecosystems.
