ABC Reviews Liquor Licenses at Trump’s Golf Course After Conviction

The New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) has once again set its sights on President Donald Trump, this time, targeting his properties’ liquor licenses.

This move comes in the aftermath of Trump’s recent conviction, which many are calling a sham and a blatant attack on his presidency.

According to reports, the ABC is currently reviewing whether Trump’s conviction violates a state law that restricts liquor licenses based on criminal history.

This review has sparked outrage among Trump supporters, who see it as yet another attempt to undermine and discredit the ex-president.

Trump has been no stranger to attacks from the left since he first announced his candidacy for president. However, this latest move by the ABC seems particularly egregious and politically motivated.

It begs the question – why now? Why target Trump’s liquor licenses after all these years?

Many believe that this is just another ploy by the left to tarnish Trump’s reputation and paint him as a criminal. But we must remember that this is not just an attack on one man – it is an attack on our democracy and our values as Americans.

In response to the ABC’s review, Trump released a statement saying, “This is nothing more than a politically motivated attack aimed at undermining my presidency. I have done nothing wrong and will continue to fight for what is right for America.”

Despite facing constant attacks from his opponents, President Trump remains steadfast in his commitment to making America great again.

And while some may try to bring him down with false accusations and sham convictions, we must remember that actions speak louder than words.

Trump’s golf courses have always been a symbol of luxury and success, attracting visitors from all over the world.

The ABC’s attempt to strip him of his liquor licenses is not only an attack on Trump himself, but also on the businesses and employees who rely on these licenses for their livelihoods.

According to a senior police source speaking to CNN, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) is also now in the process of revoking former President Donald Trump’s concealed carry license.

The suspension took effect on April 1, 2023, after Trump’s indictment on what are alleged to be fraudulent charges in New York.

On March 31, 2023, two of the three pistols covered by his license were surrendered to the NYPD, while the third was reportedly lawfully transferred to Florida.

Given Trump’s conviction on 34 felonies for fictitious crimes on May 30, 2024, it is possible that he may be in violation of state and federal laws if he still possesses the third firearm in Florida.

Specifically, under the Gun Control Act of 1968, individuals convicted of a felony are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.
