People are asking why Republicans can win big and still struggle to turn that win into anything concrete once the cameras are off. If Republicans ask people for trust, then they need to show they can turn that trust into action instead of just more speechifying about what should happen someday.

House Republicans debated it, voted for it, and passed it, which means the issue is no longer about whether the party is willing to fight for the policy. What senate republicans are holding this up beside Thom Tillis. If they are running for reelection, their name needs to be dragged through the mud. Tillis is not so there is absolutely no reason for him to be voting against this
John Thune doesn’t want the SAVE act to pass, he gets too many contributions from corporations that exploit illegal aliens and probably H-1B aliens. Besides, Thune has TDS and Trump wants it. So John will delay and delay until their August recess, take another vacation before or call the recess early. That’s just the kind of slug he is.
If the GOP doesn’t slam this and many other needed legislative bills through the Senate then we will know that they are only part of the problem and as criminal as the Demoncraps! I see mostly self-serving money/power grabbing scums in all of Congress, who only play the game of “round and round she goes and where she stops NOBODY KNOWS!” Look at the unbelievable hellish legislation that the Demoncraps got through when they had the House and Senate with the ever evil and insane Biden/Harris fiasco like the Green New Deal (totally defunct hocus pocus BS) ripping off $Trillions and Garland weaponizing the DOJ and FBI to do things like raid the home of a pro-life advocate in a swat style firestorm with dozens of armed agents at his home at the break of day pounding on doors with guns and rifles drawn while his little children are screaming! Not only did your office turn a local dispute into a national case, but the FBI reportedly executed the search warrant in as extreme a manner as one can imagine. Reports state that the FBI sent as many as 20 to 25 agents to conduct the arrest. And the FBI allegedly arrested Houck at gunpoint early in the morning in front of his seven children. The FBI admitted, in a statement, that as many as 20 agents were present with their guns drawn. As Houck’s wife said, when they saw 20 or more agents arrest their father at gunpoint, “the kids were all just screaming.” To say the least, using this kind of force to make an arrest for a single charge of simple assault is unprecedented.
The reports are especially shocking given that your office has so far turned a blind eye to the epidemic of violence across the country by pro-abortion extremists against pregnancy resource centers, houses of worship, and pro-life Americans—violent acts that are prohibited by the very same law under which you are charging Mark Houck.
One group reports 104 incidents of extremist violence against pregnancy resource centers, churches, and pro-life Americans since the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion on May 3.1 Those attacks include fire-bombings and arsons. Just last week, an 83-year-old woman was shot while engaging in pro-life activism.2 Despite my repeated requests, you still have not identified a single prosecution the Department of Justice has taken in response to this epidemic of violence against pro-life Americans.
All of this comes after more than a year of your office repeatedly weaponizing the FBI and other arms of the federal government against political opponents. If you are trying to inspire confidence in your department, you are failing magnificently.”
