Recently, the world has become increasingly perilous, not only on land and at sea but also in the skies.
Over the last several days civilian airplanes have been reportedly affected by cyberattacks that are compromising their GPS systems.
These attacks have led to critical navigation failures on board the aircraft, a scenario that aviation experts had previously deemed impossible.
Despite the severity of the situation, there is currently no solution in sight, as professionals struggle to find a way to address this alarming security breach.
This problem has escalated to the point where even high-ranking officials are affected. For instance, Russia jammed the satellite signal on a plane transporting defense minister Grant Shapps.
Now, over 1,600 planes have experienced unexplained GPS interference in the past four days, leading to concerns about a potential attack linked to Russia.
Daily Mail reported:
“Planes flying over and around the Baltic Sea in northern Europe have been suffering technical problems caused by jamming since Sunday [23], with 1614 planes, mostly civilian, reporting problems since then.
While most of them appear to be taking place in Polish airspace, OSINT blogs have reported that planes flying in German, Danish, Swedish, Latvian and Lithuanian airspace have suffered interference problems.”

Oh great! Now that we are transitioning from ILS and VOR navigation to GPS based navigation, we have to worry about this. What a wonderful utopia this world has become.
They claim there’s no solution, yet there is. It’s called the Inertial Navigation System and it’s independent of external sources. They even had triple redundant graceful degradable systems.
Where is America’s know it all Biden on this?
