Former President Donald Trump has promised to launch a comprehensive investigation into the events of January 6, 2021, vowing to uncover the truth about the Capitol riots. Speaking on the Dan Bongino Show, Trump outlined his plans to identify the mysterious pipe bomber, expose the scaffold man who allegedly incited violence, and determine whether Ray Epps was working as a federal informant.
“I think we are going to find out about Ray Epps. I think we are going to find out about scaffold man… We’re going to find out who scaffold man is, and we are going to find out about other things, and I think you’re going to be very happy,” Trump declared, signaling his intent to reveal the forces behind the chaos.
This announcement resonates with millions of Americans who believe the official narrative surrounding January 6 is riddled with inconsistencies and omissions. Trump’s investigation aims to bring transparency and accountability to an event that has divided the nation and been weaponized to target his supporters.
One of Trump’s key objectives is to identify the pipe bomber responsible for planting explosive devices outside the Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters on January 5, 2021. Despite extensive surveillance footage and a federal investigation, the perpetrator remains at large, raising questions about the government’s handling of the case.
Equally enigmatic is the scaffold man, an individual seen directing crowds from a raised structure near the Capitol. His actions appeared calculated, yet his identity and motives remain unknown. Many believe he played a significant role in escalating the situation, potentially acting as a provocateur.
Ray Epps, who has faced allegations of being a federal informant, is another focal point of Trump’s investigation. Videos show Epps urging people to enter the Capitol, yet he has faced minimal scrutiny compared to other participants. Trump’s promise to determine Epps’ true role aligns with growing public demands for answers.
Trump referred to those arrested and detained following the Capitol riots as “J6 hostages,” framing them as victims of political persecution. He highlighted a song created by detainees, which featured his voice and topped music charts, symbolizing the resilience and unity of his supporters.
“They did a beautiful song, and they asked would I do the words… and I did. That song went to #1 for so long. It was beating out Taylor Swift and everyone else,” Trump said, emphasizing the cultural impact of the detainees’ message.
For Trump and his supporters, these individuals represent a broader struggle against a justice system they see as biased and weaponized.
Trump’s call for a full investigation comes amid mounting evidence and public suspicion that federal agents may have played a role in provoking the events of January 6. A Rasmussen poll found that 65% of likely voters believe undercover government agents were likely involved, with 46% saying it was “very likely.”
Tucker Carlson’s release of previously unseen Capitol footage has only intensified these doubts. Many viewers say the new videos challenge the official narrative and provide context that was initially omitted.
According to the poll, 32% of respondents became more likely to believe Trump supporters were part of an illegal insurrection after viewing the footage, while an equal percentage became less likely to believe so. This divide underscores the contentious nature of the Jan. 6 narrative.
Trump’s determination to investigate January 6 reflects his broader commitment to exposing corruption and restoring trust in government institutions. His critics have long accused him of stoking division, but his supporters see him as a relentless advocate for truth and justice.
By prioritizing an investigation into January 6, Trump aims to dismantle what he views as a politically motivated narrative designed to vilify his supporters. His promise to uncover the identities of key players and hold them accountable sends a strong message to those who believe the American people deserve transparency.
“This is about more than just an event—it’s about the future of our Republic,” Trump stated. “We need to know who was behind this and ensure it never happens again.”
Trump’s pledge to investigate January 6 has already reignited debates about the events of that day and the role of federal agencies. For his supporters, this is a long-overdue step toward uncovering the truth. For his detractors, it’s another chapter in Trump’s battle against the political establishment.
With public sentiment shifting and trust in institutions waning, Trump’s investigation could redefine the narrative surrounding January 6. His focus on exposing federal involvement and advocating for justice aligns with his broader vision of restoring accountability and fairness in government.
As Trump positions himself for a potential return to the White House, his commitment to revealing the truth about January 6 ensures the issue will remain central to the national conversation. For millions of Americans, this investigation represents hope for justice and a brighter future.

fine but he won’t investigate how the “dancing israelis” (who were arrested, released, and gave an interview from israel) were involved in 911 because he’s a ZIONIST!
It’s about time! If the Radical Left Biden/Harris weaponization Administration and Congress was serious about the J6 unselected (jim jorden kicked off)committee turned into another hollywood scam show who actually really believed it was a insurrection (which it was not) the only ones who had guns was the capitol police and one shot ashley babbit dead! Then possibly it would have been done in a biparstan serious way and we would have really gotten to the truth which it was a peaceful protest turned riot with a mix of bad instigators. However, it made the federal government look like it was a joke then Deleted material collected a (Crooked Hillary tactic) AND Liz Chaney tampered with a witness! Oh that whole J6 stinks to high heaven. Let my people go! But only the innocent ones!
