According to Axios, John Kerry is expected to resign from his position as Joe Biden’s Climate Envoy sometime during the winter or early spring.
The 80-year-old Kerry was appointed as Joe Biden’s Climate Czar in November 2020 as part of the transition. Critics have accused Kerry, who frequently travels by private jet, of hypocrisy and operating covertly for three years.
Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) initiated a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to acquire emails exchanged between John Kerry’s office and different climate change organizations.
The received emails provided to PPT by John Kerry’s office were extensively censored, with significant portions blacked out.
None of the employees’ identities were disclosed in the released documents. Fox News obtained access to these records from PPT.
“It hardly seems in the public interest, in fact it appears the antithesis of serving the public interest, to hide the names of government officials who are communicating with controversial outside activist organizations that are attempting to influence government policy,” PPT director Michael Chamberlain told Fox News Digital.
In July of last year, Congressman Brian Mast requested that John Kerry disclose the identities of the senior staff members employed in his office, using taxpayer funds. However, Kerry declined to provide this information and became upset when Rep. Mast insisted on transparency.
