By the time Joe Biden Leaves office, he could let as many as 10 million illegals into the country at a cost we just simply cannot afford. We cannot allow Biden’s lawlessness to stand and we cannot keep all of the illegals he has let into the country. president Trump has the answer. Besides stopping up Biden’s open borders, he plans on deporting every illegal we find occupying a space in this country. On day one, he plans to do away with every single Biden open border policy.

Trump said:

“Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in U.S. history. Now, we have the worst border in the history of the world.”

“Following the Eisenhower Model, we will carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history.”

The former president said he plans to also:

“Invoke the Alien Enemies Act to remove all known or suspected Gang Members, drug dealers, or Cartel Members from the United States”—an effort he says will end the “scourge of illegal alien gang violence once and for all.” 

Trump also says he plans to move the enforcement of immigration laws to other agencies to help clean up the mess left by Joe Biden. That includes parts of the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, Drug Enforcement Administration.

Trump continues:

“I will make clear that we must use any and all resources needed to stop the invasion—including moving thousands of troops currently stationed overseas to our OWN southern border, before we defend the borders of foreign countries, we must secure the border of our country.”

“I will bring back the travel ban and expand it even further to keep Radical Islamic Terrorists out of our country. I will also use existing federal law to deny entry to all communists and Marxists to the United States.”

Trump added:

“Those who join our country must love our country—and we are going to keep foreign Christian-hating communists, Marxists, and socialists the hell out of America.”

“2024 is our final battle. With you at my side, we will demolish the Deep State, we will expel the warmongers from our government, we will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the Communists, Marxists, and Fascists, we will throw off the sick political class that hates our country, we will rout the fake news media, we will defeat Joe Biden, and we will end illegal immigration once and for all.”

Trump has also said he would designate major cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, which would sever their access to global financial systems, and ask Congress to pass legislation that would ensure drug smugglers and human traffickers receive the death penalty.

Trump’s comments come as numbers are again skyrocketing at the border. Officials have made over 45,000 migrant encounters in the last five days alone both at the ports of entry and between them, sources told Fox on Wednesday, with multiple days of over 8,000 illegal immigrant encounters.

Sources also told Fox News that there were around 230,000 migrant encounters in August — Customs and Border Protection has not yet released its official numbers. That 230,000 would be up significantly from over 180,000 in July and 144,000 in June. August’s numbers would mark the highest month in 2023.

The4 Wisconsin Supreme Court may have dashed any hope of Democrats winning in 2024. They have ruled that ballot drop boxes are illegal and cannot be used in any election moving forward. The only way they can use them in 2024 and beyond is by an act of the Wisconsin legislature and that will never happen.

 “The majority decision was written by Justice Rebecca Bradley and joined by the rest of the court’s conservative majority, including swing Justice Brian Hagedorn.”

Justice Rebecca Bradley wrote:

“Nothing in the statutory language detailing the procedures by which absentee ballots may be cast mentions drop boxes or anything like them.”

Additionally, voters must personally deliver absentee ballots to the clerk’s office. Others, including roommates and spouses, will not be allowed to deliver ballots for them. That pretty much nails do0wn the main avenue for Democrats to manufacture votes, although it is likely they will try something new like rigging the tabulators in red districts ala Maricopa County, Arizona. But, it seems that ballot harvesting is curtailed severally.

Bradley continued:

“Reading the election statutes in context and as a whole, we conclude an absentee ballot delivered in person … must be delivered personally by the voter.”

Liberals disagree. Justice Ann Walsh Bradley wrote:

“Although it pays lip service to the import of the right to vote, the majority/lead opinion has the practical effect of making it more difficult to exercise it. A ballot drop box is a simple and perfectly legal solution to make voting easier, especially in the midst of a global pandemic. But it is apparently a bridge too far for a majority of this court.”

According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, there were 528 drop boxes in use in the 2020 presidential election spread across 430 municipalities. By the spring of 2021, local officials reported a total of 570 drop boxes spread across 66 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties.

The state’s Democrat Governor Tony Evers condemned the ruling in a post to X.

“Today’s decision is another in a long line of Wisconsin Republicans’ successes to make it harder for Wisconsinites to exercise their right to vote, to undermine our free, fair, and secure elections, and to threaten our democracy,” Evers wrote.

Just when I thought Joe Biden and the Deep State could not be more corrupt, they prove me wrong. I knew that Hunter Biden was deep in debt on taxes, but until today I didn’t know how he managed to pay it off. Hollywood attorney Kevin Patrick Morris paid off Hunter Biden’s past-due tax debts.

CBS reported:

“A source familiar with the arrangement between Morris and Hunter Biden said the attorney paid Hunter Biden’s past-due tax debts.”

Was this a campaign contribution to Joe Biden? If so, it would exceed the legal limit. Was this a gift to Hunter Biden? If that is what it was, did Morris pay the gift tax on the amount over $16,000 which could be as much as $396,800 owed in gift taxes. Or was it a loan? Is it one of those loans that never get paid back? If so, what did Morris hope to receive from Joe Biden?

The FBI and the IRS investigated the Biden campaign and Morris for illegal activity. But, the investigation was short-lived as prosecutors working for David Weiss cut the probe off. Acco9rding to Just The News, IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley detailed how Leslie Wolf, a top prosecutor in Weiss’s office, blocked the investigation into Biden’s criminal campaign violations. They did this is a memo dated May 3, 2021.

“This investigation has been hampered and slowed by claims of potential election meddling. Through interviews and review of evidence obtained, it appears there may be campaign finance criminal violations.

“AUSA Wolf stated on the last prosecution team meeting that she did not want any of the agents to look into the allegation. She cited a need to focus on the 2014 tax year, that we could not yet prove an allegation beyond a reasonable doubt, and that she does not want to include their Public Integrity Unit because they would take authority away from her. We do not agree with her obstruction on this matter.”

According to Shapley, in late 2019-early 2020, Kevin Patrick Morris met Hunter Biden at a campaign finance event and shortly after that paid off several tranches of Hunter’s tax debt between 2020-2021.

Shapley said Hunter Biden wrote on his tax returns that Morris gave him a loan to pay off his delinquent taxes, so the money given is not taxable.

Hunter Biden was also hit with a massive state tax lien – $453,890 – in July 2020 and it was paid off in less than a week. The tax lien was paid off despite Hunter Biden telling an Arkansas judge in his paternity case against his baby mama Lunden Roberts that he was unemployed and broke.

“I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,” said Biden in a Nov. 27, 2019, affidavit. “I currently have significant debts (in part as a result of obligations arising from my divorce which was final in April 2017).”

Morris paid more than $2 million in Hunter Biden’s delinquent taxes in addition to a $50,000 donation to Joe Biden campaign in 2020.

The FBI and IRS probed allegations that Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign may have benefitted from “campaign finance criminal violations” by allowing a politically connected lawyer to help pay off Hunter Biden’s large tax debts but agents were blocked by federal prosecutors from further action, according to new information uncovered by congressional investigators.

The previously unreported campaign finance inquiry was first alluded to in transcribed interviews by House investigators with two IRS agents and a retired FBI supervisor, and the allegations since have been augmented in recent weeks by new evidence uncovered by the House Ways and Means Committee, the House Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight Committee.

That evidence includes a case summary memo written by IRS Supervisory Criminal Investigative Agent Gary Shapley to his bosses dated May 3, 2021 in which he alleged that Lesley Wolf, a top prosecutor in the Hunter Biden case inside Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ office, waived agents off the campaign finance case. Shapley provided the information to Congress under the protections of whistleblower laws, and lawmakers voted the information to be public.

James Comer is going to subpoena records from Joe Biden’s LLC “Celtic Capri Corp.” The account shows $10 million dollars received with no explanation where the money came from. His book sold 300,000 copies and he claims he made over 12 million dollars after expenses. That seems odd since that would come out to Joe making $42 dollars a copy, which is more than the book sold for. Talk about your fuzzy math. Something just doesn’t add up.

In the week prior to the presidential election, I wrote a piece that asked the question, “Where Is Hunter Biden’s Money?” It was an important question then, even more so now. Given the legacy media’s recent validation of Hunter’s laptop that discussed a slice of equity planned for the “Big Guy” in a deal that involved an entity controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), we should know if any money from it (or other foreign sources) ended up in Joe Biden’s pocket, but we don’t.

Recall that despite then-presidential candidate Biden having bragged that he had released his tax returns with what his team called “a historic level of transparency,” the truth is that he only released his individual returns. Those returns provided no detail regarding the source of most of his income, dollars that flowed to him and his wife Jill by way of S-corporations they set up shortly after his departure from the office of vice president. Those entities, CelticCapri Corp (his) and Giacoppa Corp (hers), contained more than $13 million of the $17 million the couple had reported in income after Biden left office, most of it in the first year (2017).

That time frame coincides with the same period in which he is alleged to have received a $5 million dollar bribe from the owner of Burisma. That seems pretty coincidental in itself. Joe Biden claimed he released the most transparent tax returns in history, but for some strange reason those returns do not include where the money came from.

Comer told Fox News:

“The money they refer to was funneled through the CelticCapri LLC, Joe Biden’s LLC that he supposedly used to receive speaking fees and sell his book. His speaking fees and books don’t add up to what the total was he disclosed on taxes.”

“So that’s an LLC account. It wasn’t a shell company — that was a real LLC account with more earnings in there than what we can find. So that is an account we plan to subpoena as we follow the money.”

Cruz demanded Joe Biden divulge the “mystery source”:

So, let’s take Joe’s numbers. He’s claiming that Joe netted $12.2 million for a book deal. His book deal sold about 300,000 copies. Now, the $12 million, $4.2 million of that is allegedly from speaking, and I can believe that he probably got pretty good speaking fees, that that’s plausible. That means he’s claiming $8 million of income came from book royalties.

Now let’s do some math. His book had a retail price of $27 for hardcover, $18 for paperback. If you assume a reasonable mix of sales, the average price was $23. On 300,000 books sold, the gross revenue everyone makes is just under $7 million. What Joe is alleging is they paid him $8 million to generate $7 million. The book publisher lost a million dollars and got no money for printing the book. Typically, an author, if you were just receiving a royalty, would have received about 12%. A typical blended royalty, you’d get about 15 percent. For hardcover, about 7.5 percent for paperback is typical. If Joe was receiving 12 percent of $7 million, he would have yielded about $800,000. He’s claiming he got $8 million.

That math doesn’t add up.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told Breitbart News:

“The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t. If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong, he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”

Democratic Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson announced in a Wall Street Journal op-ed Friday that he is dumping the Democratic Party and is now a Republican. Johnson was never your typical Democrat, he was just a holdover from the Plantation. He is for law enforcement and fiscal responsibilities, neither one is a hallmark of the Democrats. Johnson, who served nine years as a Democrat in the Texas Legislature before being elected mayor in 2019, wrote that “American cities need Republicans — and Republicans need American cities.”

Johnson added:

“I have no intention of changing my approach to my job. But today I am changing my party affiliation. Next spring, I will be voting in the Republican primary. When my career in elected office ends in 2027 on the inauguration of my successor as mayor, I will leave office as a Republican.” 

Gov Greg Abbott rejoiced in Johnson’s decision to join the GOP. With Johnson’s switch, Republicans now lead two of the biggest cities in Texas with Ft Worth being the other one.

Abbott said:

“Texas is getting more Red every day. Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson switches to Republican Party. He’s pro law enforcement & won’t tolerate leftist agendas. Two of the 10 largest cities in America now have Republican Mayors & they are both in Texas.”

Every election cycle, the Democrats and the propagandists in the mainstream media tries to say that Texas is about to turn blue. And in every election, the Republicans mop the floor with the Democrats. Keep up the good work, boys. Texas does have a major advantage, actually two. They have no state income tax, a policy that wo8uld quickly end if Democrats ever took power. And an electorate4 with a high IQ.

Johnson pointed to “law and order” and “fiscal conservatism” as major factors that convinced him the platform of the Republican Party was better suited to lead Dallas and other U.S. cities forward. The city has seen a recent rise in violent crime after two years of violent crime rates going down while the Dallas Police Department has faced staffing shortages following the anti-police sentiment that gained traction following the death of George Floyd in 2020. 

“I don’t believe I can stay on the sidelines any longer,” Johnson wrote. “I have always tried to be honest and say what I think is right for my city. The future of America’s great urban centers depends on the willingness of the nation’s mayors to champion law and order and practice fiscal conservatism. Our cities desperately need the genuine commitment to these principles (as opposed to the inconsistent, poll-driven commitment of many Democrats) that has long been a defining characteristic of the GOP.”

The Dallas mayor said Democratic policies have led to the “disarray” of many cities across the country as places like New York City, Chicago, and Philadelphia face spikes in violent crime. 

“Mayors and other local elected officials have failed to make public safety a priority or to exercise fiscal restraint. Most of these local leaders are proud Democrats who view cities as laboratories for liberalism rather than as havens for opportunity and free enterprise,” Johnson wrote. 

“Too often, local tax dollars are spent on policies that exacerbate homelessness, coddle criminals and make it harder for ordinary people to make a living,” the mayor added. “And too many local Democrats insist on virtue signaling — proposing half-baked government programs that aim to solve every single societal ill — and on finding new ways to thumb their noses at Republicans at the state or federal level. Enough. This makes for good headlines, but not for safer, stronger, more vibrant cities.”

The pressure is building in Texas over the Biden community in the enclave of Colony Ridge, an alleged safe haven for the Mexican cartels. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, a Republican, said on Tuesday that he plans to ask Republican governor Greg Abbott to call a special session of the legislature to deal with Colony Ridge.

Patrick said after he was asked about The Daily Wire’s report on Colony Ridge by Texas radio host Michael Berry:

“Once I get a little more legal foundation on this to see what we can do I am going to ask Governor Abbott to address some of these issues in a special session. We can’t have entire cities of people who are here illegally with basically no law enforcement, in some cases I’m told no running water, it’s a very dangerous place to be. This is not what America was built on. This massive complex of people here illegally creating their own city north of Houston, its just unacceptable.”

Patrick’s comments came after a The Daily Wire report on Colony Ridge, a land development that sprawls across roughly 60 square miles and attracts illegal aliens with a financing offer that does not require buyers to show proof of citizenship. Buyers are encouraged, exclusively in Spanish, to “own land in the United States.”

Berry, the Texas radio host, told Patrick his listeners were clamoring for answers from elected leaders on Colony Ridge. “I asked for listener input and the number one question I got — thirty emails out of the fifty I got in three minutes — Colony Ridge,” Berry said. “This is a big issue … people are very concerned, it’s been profiled nationally now.”

Patrick told Berry he was “very aware” of the problems at Colony Ridge after talking with law enforcement in the area.

The call for action on Colony Ridge was echoed by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), who told The Daily Wire he has already received additional information on the Colony Ridge development and that “it’s highly concerning.”

Rep Chip Roy said:

“My staff is pushing on the Department of Homeland Security and Texas Department of Public Safety to get us additional information on this. It’s highly concerning. I had a report given to me this morning. I’m not in a position to fully articulate exactly what’s happening other than it is problematic and a continuation of these wide open border policies … and now you’ve got this, which is cropping up and I believe more of those will be out there.”

Abbott spokesman Andrew Mahaleris said:

“The concerns raised about Colony Ridge are unacceptable. Department of Public Safety troopers to Colony Ridge to ensure the safety of Texans and enforce law and order,” and directing “the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to investigate any potential environmental issues, whether it be air, water, or land.”

Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX), who represents a district adjacent to Colony Ridge, offered a much different assessment:

“This is a pressing problem that needs immediate attention. I’m concerned about Colony Ridge. The bottom line here is that for the sovereignty of the United States for the safety of every American, we’ve got to close the loopholes that allow for the exploitation of America’s generous laws.” 

“I’ll continue to use every avenue at the federal level to address it.”

The Democrats televised the Trump impeachment hearing in 2019 and I see no reason n9ot to televise this one. Actually, there are good reasons to televise this. Democratic politicians and their lapdog media are claiming there is no evidence against Biden.

They cannot do that if everyone in America can see the evidence for themselves, so expect the Democrats to fight televising the hearing. I am going to @almart and stock up on frozen pizzas, popcorn and Diet Pepsi. Now, if I can only figure out how to bring the bathroom into my living room, I will have it made. The hearing will be conducted by7 the House Oversight Committee, headed by Rep James Comer.

A spokesman for the committee said:

“The hearing will focus on constitutional and legal questions surrounding the President’s involvement in corruption and abuse of public office.”

The speaker said:

Republicans uncovered “serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct — a culture of corruption.” 

McCarthy tasked Rep. James Comer (R-KY) with leading the impeachment effort with the help of Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO). Comer has set his sights on the $20 million in foreign money that flowed to the Biden family and their 20 shell companies. He will expose bank records and SARs. (Suspicious Activity Reports) He will try to tie some of that money to Joe Biden.

Republicans have not yet determined whether Joe Biden received money from his family’s foreign ventures, but are investigating incriminating messages including a 2017 text message in which Hunter Biden pressured a Chinese government-linked businessman to follow through on an agreement by warning he was “sitting here with my father,” immediately preceding the transfer of $5.1 million. 

That May, Joe Biden — referred to as the “big guy” in an email — was penciled in for a 10% cut of the same Chinese venture by one of Hunter’s partners.

The Oversight Committee also is investigating a paid FBI informant’s tip that Joe and Hunter Biden received $10 million in bribes from Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings in exchange for the elder Biden’s help in forcing out Kyiv’s Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the firm.

Burisma paid Hunter up to $1 million per year beginning in early 2014, when his father assumed control of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy, and the then-vice president dined in DC with a Burisma executive in 2015 — despite claiming publicly he “never” discussed business with his son.

The president’s alleged role in additional business relationships involving his son and brother’s Chinese, Kazakhstani, Romanian, Russian and Mexican associates also are being studied by the committee.

Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer told the Oversight Committee on July 31 that Joe Biden was on speakerphone during roughly 20 business meetings with his son’s associates, dined twice in DC with his Eastern European and Central Asian patrons and had coffee in Beijing and then spoke on the phone with the CEO of a state-backed fund co-founded by Hunter.

Gov Greg Abbott of Texas has declared a state of emergency at the border due to the large invasion of illegal immigrants and the Mexican drug cartels. He cites the Constitution where it accuses the Biden regime of violating the U.S. Constitution by failing to protect the States against invasion, as promised in Article IV, § 4. Abbott is promising more razor wire and other obstacles to keep the invaders out of his state.

Abbott said:

“Texas will continue to install more razor wire and fortify the border against illegal crossings. We will not back down.”

The Governor’s letter states:

“The federal government’s failure has forced me to invoke Article I, § 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, thereby enabling the State of Texas to protect its own territory against invasion by the Mexican drug cartels.”

“Ranches are being ripped apart, and homes are vulnerable to intrusion. Our border communities are regularly disrupted by human traffickers and bailouts. Deadly fentanyl is crossing the porous border to such a degree that it is now the leading cause of death for citizens between the ages of 18 and 45.” 

Abbott’s letter is his manifesto of the course he plans to take as authorized by Article I, § 10, Clause 3 which reads:

These illegal immigrants are invading our country and benefiting from our taxpayers’ money.

Todd Bensman, the Center’s Texas-based Senior National Security Fellow, has reported that the Biden regime is allocating a staggering $2,200 “per month” to illegal immigrant families (1 parent & 1 child) through phony asylum for the cost of living expenses. This comes at a time when the average American on Social Security receives just $1,400 per month and Maui survivors with only $700.

Bensman said that it appears these illegal immigrants may not be subjected to asylum interviews anymore. They are being released to the United States.

According to a video interview with an anonymous Border Patrol Agent, illegal immigrants are “double dipping” the system. One parent and one child receive $2,200 per month, and then a separate parent and child—often from the same family—receive another $2,200 per month. This amounts to a whopping $4,400 per month for some immigrant families, a figure that exceeds what many working Americans earn.

This information supports the claims made by the legal immigration group ‘ALIPAC.’

He followed the rules and protested peacefully and for that this government drove him to suicide, knowing the fragile state he was in. Democrats already have so much blood on their hands, what does one more life mean to them?

Prosecutors knew Matthew Perna was suicidal when they tried to lock up this non-violent January 6th defendant for as long as they could. It was more than he could bear.

Perna never hurt anyone and never tried to overthrow the government, but his family said he may as well have done both. In the court of public opinion, he was a condemned man—guilty by association. And the Department of Justice wanted him locked up for minor acts of civil disobedience that would normally merit a slap on the wrist.

After being at their mercy for over a year, Perna was suicidal, and the DOJ, who requested his medical records, knew it. Then, out of nowhere, prosecutors decided to seek years more jail time. Those closest to Matthew Perna said it was the final blow.

Fox News’ Martha MacCallum told White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby that President Joe Biden is failing with his open border policies even as Democrats who have traditionally backed increase illegal immigration are incensed as their cities have to suffer the consequences. Kirby lied and said that Biden has made great strides in gaining control of the border. Yeah, just like he has been able to control his son.

MacCallum said although Biden gave a speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, he did not meet with leaders of countries who could help lower the number illegals making their way through their countries and into the United States. In fact, the only two things he has done about the border is to appoint ineffective Kamala Harris as the border czar and to make it much easier for illegal immigrants, Mexican cartels, and international terrorists access to the entire United States.

MacCallum asked Kirby:

“How is this something that he doesn’t address when he’s in New York City where there’s a crisis unfolding less than a mile away from where he’s speaking?”

Kirby spun:

“Well, Martha, he did address the challenge of regional migration in the speech. He talked about the Los Angeles Declaration for Migration and support for migrants. He knows, and he addressed it again in the remarks, that this is a regional thing. You’re not wrong, I mean, there are more people on the move in this hemisphere now than we’ve seen since World War II. And you’re absolutely right, as the weather cools down and conditions get a little bit better —”

MacCallum:

“You’re blaming climate change for the reason that people are coming?”

Kirby:

“No, no, no. I’m talking about just the weather conditions as we head into fall. It’s just easier to be on the move.”

“No, no, no. I mean, he’s absolutely addressed this,” Kirby said.

“He doesn’t talk about it, John,” MacCallum responded. “He never talks about it.”

Kirby argued Biden has addressed the crisis with these leaders by traveling to Mexico City a few months back and at two Summits for Democracy. Kirby cited famine, drought and other difficult conditions as the reason the migrants are on the move in record numbers.

“But 89% of these people don’t have legitimate asylum claims,” MacCallum said.

“Which is why he has worked so hard in the region to develop these centers around several countries where people can apply for legal pathways to come in,” Kirby said.

“That great. It’s not working,” MacCallum said.

“And it’s why we bolstered, as much as we can, we bolstered security at the border to try to deter illegal immigration,” Kirby said.

Once again a rumor is being floated, this time by Politico that Kari Lake is contemplating a run for the US Senate in Arizona, although they say a final decision won’t be made until October. That makes sense because Lake should know by then if she will win her appeal from the 2022 election.

If she gets the go ahead to inspect the ballot signatures for the write-in votes, she probably will not run for the Senate, but if she is stymied again, she could make a run for the Senate. She would be facing the incumbent Kyrsten Sinema and another Democrat, Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego of Arizona. That would give her a huge advantage that could take manufacturing a win for the Democrats off the table.

Lake senior adviser Caroline Wren informed The Hill:

“Ruben Gallego and Kyrsten Sinema are rubber stamps for Joe Biden and his radical agenda. It’s time Arizona has a true conservative fighter in the U.S. Senate. The people of Arizona want Kari Lake to stay in this fight and are calling on her to run and she’s very likely to answer that call.”

Lake allegedly lost the election for governor to the corrupt Katie Hobbs. She allegedly lost by about 17,000 votes, but she could easily overcome that if there are an unusually large number of counterfeit ballots. And from what we have seen from the Maricopa County supervisors fighting tooth and nail to prevent her from seeing the ballots, I assume there are a large number of illegal ballots.

Former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake will mount a U.S. Senate bid as early as October, Politico reported, citing three individuals aware of the prospective politician’s plans. ABC News, citing three sources, reported that Lake is set to kick off a Senate run in October. Lake senior adviser Caroline Wren informed The Hill that Lake is “likely to make a final decision in October” regarding the possibility of a Senate run.

Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego of Arizona has already announced a Senate bid. Incumbent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who had been a Democrat but announced last year that she registered as an independent, has not announced whether she will seek another term in office, according to ABC News and Politico.

Trump will reportedly skip the second GOP presidential primary debate that is scheduled to take place next week in California and deliver a speech in Detroit, Michigan, instead.

“The total amount identified to date of illegally laundering money into Janet For Justice’s campaign comes to $1,038,705.93,” alleges the complaint, which was filed earlier this month by Election Watch. “It appears individuals, or those being smurfed, are largely used to aggregate mostly less than the $200 reporting limit of individuals to avoid detection.”

According to Investopedia, smurfing (named after the popular cartoon characters) is “a money-laundering technique involving structuring large amounts of cash into multiple small transactions. Smurfs often spread these small transactions over many different accounts, to keep them under regulatory reporting limits and avoid detection.”

Election Watch claimed in its complaint to have identified thousands of ultra-small-dollar donations made in the names of hundreds of mostly elderly donors, none of whom had any idea that they had made such donations when a private investigator asked about them.

Judge Chutkan said lawmakers who were inside the Capitol on January 6 looked outside and saw “gallows being erected.”

Judge Tanya Chutkan is treating President Trump worse than other defendants – including a meth dealer.

Noted attorney Techno Fog looked through Judge Chutkan’s recent history and provided evidence of bias after she denied the gag order hearing dates requested by Trump’s lawyers.

She gave the meth dealer a 1 week deadline to respond to a protective order.

The judge also set the hearing 2 weeks out after it was submitted, according to Techno Fog.

In contrast, Judge Chutkan gave Trump only ONE DAY to respond to a request for a protective order.

This is clear evidence of bias.

Mark Levin made an excellent case in favor of Tanya Chutkan’s recusal last week and said she is “unqualified” to preside over Jack Smith’s case against Trump:

Her statement that drilling on public land created 25% of all greenhouse emissions did not go unchallenged. Kathleen Sgamma, president of the Western Energy Alliance told the House Natural Resources Committee’s Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources said:

“I just want to start off by correcting something the ranking member said in her opening statement. She claimed that oil and gas production on federal lands is responsible for about a quarter of greenhouse gas emissions. That’s a complete falsehood.”

For you public schooled liberals out there, a falsehood is a lie. I am no0t sure AOC lied. It may be just because she either can’t read or she just can’t comprehend what the  United States Geological Survey said. The report claimed that the drilling creates 23.7% of carbon dioxide emissions over a 10-year period, and noted that the production accounted for far smaller percentages of methane and nitrogen.

Another whistleblower has come forward to reveal the behind-the-scenes efforts in the FBI to protect Hunter Biden and Papa Joe as well. A former FBI supervisor testified to Congress that there had been a second source, who was politically motivated, supplying information to the FBI on the Bidens and their activities. He says he was ordered to shut the second source down before the 2020 election.

“Retired Special Agent Timothy Thibault, the former No. 2 supervisor in the FBI’s Washington field office, told the House Judiciary Committee last week in a transcribed interview he was somewhat taken aback when he received the request from the lead agent in the Hunter Biden tax case in October 2020 to shut down the confidential human source (CHS).” 

“Thibault did not further identify the source in his testimony, but best-selling author Peter Schweizer told Just the News Sunday that he believes he is the person described in the transcript based on past comments from Thibault and after The New York Times recently suggested the FBI had received information in the Hunter Biden case from a ‘right-wing author.’”

Though the name of the second source was not disclosed, award winning author, Peter Schweizer, believes they were talking about him. Schweizer said his involvement was based on factual information and was not politically motivated.

He said:

“There are no ‘right-wing facts’ or ‘left-wing facts.’ There are only facts. And of course, they happily accepted the unsubstantiated and unsourced dossier from Hillary Clinton’s lawyer without reservation.”

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan summoned Thibault for the interview as he investigates allegations that U. S. Attorney, David Weiss and is team did not follow normal investigative procedures when probing Hunter Biden and his family’s overseas business dealings.

Thibault retired after revelations he had made anti-Trump posts on social media while an agent, and has been a target of sharp criticism from some Republicans, including Sen. Charles Grassley, (R-Iowa).

But his testimony last week could open an entire new avenue of inquiry for congressional investigators trying to determine if the FBI or Justice Department thwarted certain avenues of inquiry into the Biden family as Joe Biden was preparing to become president.

According to a report from the New York Times, Thibault’s 25-year service record shows him to be nonpartisan, and he has “reeled in big names while investigating public corruption, sending two Democratic congressmen to prison and overseeing sensitive inquiries into the Clinton Foundation and the former governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe, another Democrat.”

Thibault is not the first whistleblower who has revealed that the bureau was protecting the Bidens. IRS and FBI agents were hindered from investigating Joe and Hunter Biden, including obtaining search warrants, due to interference from the Biden transition team. He also testified that another informant brought information to the FBI and was similarly shut down.

Sooner or later, the whole truth will come out and I hope all of the Democrats who defended these illegal acts are forced to pay either at the ballot box or in the courthouse.

The lamestream media in their effort to report fake news in order to influence public opinion have used a picture to attempt to make it look like two technicians were sneaking into the back door of the Coffee County election office.

But, the truth is they were walking into the front door, having been invited by the individual with lawful authority to do so: the election supervisor. Voting integrity activist Marilyn Marks, of the long-running, oft-cited Curling v Raffensperger case, what the basis of her “stolen” claim on Twitter was and if she could reference a specific statute that was violated.  The original September 17, 2022 tweet pictured below:

Marks responded:

“Multiple provisions of SEB Rule 183-1-12-.05 require that only [a] small list of specific officials have access to the server room.  I’m sure that there are also provisions on voting machine tampering that I [have] not even bothered to look up.”

It seems that is something one should look up before making potentially defamatory accusations using words like “stolen”.  While the referenced rule doesn’t mention specifics regarding “tampering” with machines, SEB Rule 183-1-12-.05 does outline who has “lock and key” access:

 “The room in which the election management system is located shall be locked at all times when the system is not directly under the supervision of the election superintendent or his or her designee. Lock and key access to the room where the election management system is located shall be limited to the county election superintendent; the election supervisor, if any…”

There is neither known evidence nor accusations that either Lenberg or Logan accessed the system without the supervision of Misty Hampton, the county’s election supervisor.  The SEB Rule does not explicitly forbid access.  It only states that the system shall be locked when not directly under the supervision of the election superintendent.  Lenberg has claimed that they did not ever physically touch the machine, but rather guided Hampton as to how to conduct the testing of the system.

After a series of disastrous elections with persistent issues reported to deaf ears and idle hands at the Georgia Secretary of States Office and facing not only a litigation-hold, but also concerns regarding how a Dominion technician was able to “fix” their machine during the January 5th Senate run-off without ever physically touching the machine, Coffee County officials brought in a professional e-discovery and computer forensics firm, Sullivan and Strickler, to take a forensic image the county’s voting system.

In addition to the litigation hold, which is a legal obligation to preserve evidence, attorneys claimed during their hearing that they believe there is evidence suggesting that making a forensic image of the machine was “authorized.”

An attorney representing Sidney Powell, who has also been indicted in the Donald Trump “RICO” case brought by District Attorney Fani Willis, argued before the court last week Willis’s office has not complied with a “very, very pointed” Brady request:

“Shortly after I got into this case, I sent a very detailed Brady request to the government.  Those Brady obligations…are independent of their discovery obligations as it relates to this hard drive.  They have a due-process obligation to turn over to me favorable information.  And I didn’t send them some blanket request saying “give me everything under the sun”.  It was a very, very pointed request on August 30th that addressed two critical issues for Ms. Powell.  That is, number one: that she wasn’t behind this incident in Coffee County, which forms the basis of her inclusion in this indictment.  And number two: that whatever happened in Coffee County, there is ample evidence out there that it was authorized.”

As was reported originally by The Gateway Pundit in September 2022, in a separate but relevant federal case, Pearson v. Kemp, the Governor of Georgia, the Secretary of State, and members of the State Election Board all argued that “the Secretary of State has no lawful authority over election officials” in a lawsuit seeking an investigation of the Dominion Voting machines in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties.  Plaintiffs responded they could amend the complaint to add the election officials from those counties, “obviating the issue of whether the proper officials had been named.”

This withheld evidence could potentially squash the case as it pertains to the Coffee County “breach”, which, as mentioned, was a drumbeat for the Mockingbird Outlets in their effort to win the court of public opinion on the matter and create a trail of “reliable sources” for any inquisitive minds that seek further explanation regarding the debacle that is DA Fani Willis’s RICO case.

For a long time, Joe Biden denied even knowing about any of Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings, even as the list of his involvement continues to grow. There are now emails, witness testimony, bank records, text messages, and flights information that is available and they all point to Joe Biden at least being complicit in Hunter’s questionable dealings. Joe has had meetings with Hunter’s business partners and dinner with oligarchs connected to Hunter.

Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunters testified that Papa Joe was on the phone with Hunter at least twenty times while Hunter was meeting with foreign nationals, including a spring 2014 dinner with Russian oligarch Elena Baturina and a spring 2015 dinner with Vadim Pozharskyi, an executive with Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings. Archer also mentioned a meeting Joe had with a Chinese businessman and the fact that Joe B9iden later gave his daughter a recommendation to a university in the United States.

Hunter Biden was being paid in excess of $80,000 dollars a month by Burisma when Joe Met with Pozharskyi and Baturina sent n$3.5 million to one of the 20 Biden controlled shell corporations. But, I am sure in both cases it was purely coincidental. Because as we all know Joe Biden is the most honest president we have had over the past 2 1/2 years.

Pozharskyi emailed Hunter Biden in April 2015:

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.”

The Biden family and its associates received more than $20 million from Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, Romanian and Kazakhstani business associates, the bank records indicate. 

Archer also described to House Oversight how the Biden family “brand” represented by Joe Biden protected Burisma from scrutiny and kept the firm in business. Archer said Hunter Biden “called D.C.” at Burisma’s December 2015 board meeting because of pressure from Pozharskyi and Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky.

Joe Biden took a trip to Ukraine days after Hunter Biden’s phone call and archived emails show then-VP Biden’s office worked with one of Hunter Biden’s business associates on media inquiries related to Burisma on the day of the apparent phone call.

Internal State Department emails show Joe Biden’s office sent them talking points and instructed officials not to single out Zlochevsky in response to media questions. Archer could not confirm whether Joe Biden was on the other end of his son’s phone call.

After his testimony, Archer told Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson it is “categorically false” to claim Joe Biden did not know about his son’s business dealings. In the interview, Carlson displayed a personalized letter Joe Biden sent to Archer in 2011 apologizing for not being able to meet him.

Archer also told Tucker Carlson Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was a “threat” to Burisma’s business before Joe Biden successfully pressured Ukraine into getting Shokin fired. “You remember last year I was authorized to say we’d do the second tranche of a billion dollars. And he didn’t fire his chief prosecutor. We’re not doing it,” then-VP Joe Biden told the Council on Foreign Relations in September 2016.

House Oversight has requested records from the State Department related to Shokin and Burisma to better understand why U.S. officials changed their perception of Shokin in late 2015. Unearthed memos from U.S. and European officials show Shokin was making progress on Ukraine’s anti-corruption goals before he was fired.

One of th many lies Democrats tell is that they love children and everything they do is for them. But, the truth is they only care about children and women when there is a photo op attached to them. Consider this. If you really love children, why would you groom them to be fodder for perverts or to build a constituency? Mutilating children at an ea4rly age is cruel and unusual. If children as young as six are capable of making their own decision on mutilating their bodies, why don’t we allow them to decide to drink or buy a gun?

According to data from the Census Bureau, according to what is known as the Supplemental Poverty Measure, th poverty rate for children from 2021 to 2022 went from 5.2% to 12.4%. If we can send over a hundred billion dollars to Ukraine for a lost cause and hundreds of billions for illegal aliens, why can’t we spare a few bucks to make sure poor kids can eat properly. The answer is simple. Children can’t vote and no Democrat really cares what happens to them.

In releasing the data, the Census said that:

“The expiration of temporary expansions to the Child Tax Credit (CTC) and the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) as well as the end of pandemic-era stimulus payments” were seen to “lead to increases in SPM poverty.”

“The Census Exposes Bidenomics.”:

“The annual census data tell the real story of Bidenomics: A gusher of unprecedented and unnecessary social-welfare spending helped to produce the highest inflation in 40 years that has made Americans poorer. The last thing Congress should do is heed Mr. Biden’s demand to do it all again.”

Last week, the Bureau of Labor Statistics noted that August brought multiple cost increases to consumers:

“The energy index rose 5.6 percent in August after increasing 0.1 percent in July. The gasoline index increased 10.6 percent in August, following a 0.2 percent increase in the previous month. (Before seasonal adjustment, gasoline prices rose 5.9 percent in August).”

“We really are at a major economic tipping point, and things are going to get even worse as more Americans lose their jobs,” Michael Snyder commented on Activist Post as he ran down the gloomy numbers.

Snyder noted a recent comment from JPMorgan Chase CEO Jaime Dimon.

“To say the consumer is strong today, meaning you are going to have a booming environment for years, is a huge mistake,” Dimon said on Monday, according to CNBC, adding that governments are “spending like drunken sailors.”

Snyder interpreted that comment to mean “the numbers have gotten so bad that even he can see that big trouble is rapidly approaching.

“Decades of very foolish decisions have brought us to this stage, and now a tremendous amount of pain is ahead of us. Unfortunately, the colossal mistakes that we have made will hurt our children severely. The child poverty rate has already more than doubled, and it will continue to go even higher as the U.S. economy steadily crumbles right in front of our eyes,” he wrote.

While what they are doing to kids is cruel, it will get worse when they become adults and have to deal with heavily armed IRS agents.

Speaking to host Russell Brand, leftist Grayzone editor-in-chief Max Blumenthal revealed that Biden’s Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken stands to make millions once he leaves office as long as the war in Ukraine continues.

Blumenthal said:

“Tony Blinken was recently in Kiev for a more extended period than usual, probably to put the idea of negotiations on the table. This is because of the colossal failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, which the US has been heavily involved in.”

Blinken has been pressing for more money to toss down the rat hole. Now, we may know why Blinken just handed over one billion dollars to keep the war alive. That makes the grand total of money going to Ukraine at $110.97 billion dollars. Blumenthal continued:

“They failed to capture any real territory. They were supposed to cut off the land bridge between Russia and Crimea, which is not going to happen. Soon there’s going to be rain in the eastern plains of the Donbass region, and it’s going to be impossible to get armor through there.”

“It’s a total failure, so why can’t they negotiate? Number one, why should Russia negotiate at this point, when the West has stabbed them…  and sabotaged negotiations at every turn, leading to this proxy war? Back in April 2022, the US canceled negotiations between Zelensky and the Kremlin and said, ‘Keep fighting’. And they sabotaged the Minsk Accords before that. So why trust the West?”

“And why negotiate when you could actually start capturing more and more territory? Given the terrible state of Ukraine’s military and the hundreds of thousands of casualties they’ve suffered? They don’t have much left, apparently.”

Blumenthal also pointed out that US Secretary of State Tony Blinken:

“Has major skin in the game when it comes to continuing this war. He founded a firm called WestExec Advisors, which finesses contracts for the arms industry and Big Tech through the Pentagon and the State Department – him and his former colleagues from the Obama Administration founded this firm to profit off their connections with the major winners of the Ukraine proxy war: Raytheon, LockheedMartin, Palantir – all the Beltway Bandits, as we call them here in Washington.”

“If Tony Blinken leaves government, he could make a lot of money off this war, as long as it’s still continuing. That could be a frozen conflict, where Ukraine is just constantly at war with Russia and its entire society is securitized and mobilized. The tech industry is gonna love that as well because everyone’s gonna be under surveillance, drones and cameras everywhere.”

Hundreds of thousands of ballots in Florida were totally blank as revealed by the tabulators. These ballots were later “cured” and counted. The thing I find funny about this story is that even with hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots, the Democratic party got crushed in the election.

We can work on achieving that but we also need to train poll watchers, educate them on ballot harvesting / vote by mail, monitoring 3rd party NGO groups operating locally, signature matching, public awareness in addition to coming up with strategies to remove electronic voting machines, not just focus on one thing. It’s a committee and people need things to do and have different talents. As EI Chair that person needs vision on a bigger strategy and that’s why Ted Reese wasn’t given the Chair position. I was not aware that RINOs were indigenous to Texas. But, it appears that I have been sorely incorrect. Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan issued a stern warning  to state Senators, who voted against impeaching Texas hero AG Ken Paxton. Phelan lobbied the House to vote o impeach Paxton even though they could not produce a single bit of proof to any of the charges lodged against him. In the Senate, only two Senators proved themselves to be RINOs. They all need to be primaried out of office.

In a landmark decision, Texas Senators acquitted Attorney General Ken Paxton on all 16 articles of impeachment brought against him. It 8is no wonder they voted for impeachment inasmuch as they are all Bush supporter who are still angry that Paxton beat Jeb P Bush in the primary by 36 points. Phelan is also angry that Paxton called him out for appearing to be drunk on the House floor.

Following the sham impeachment, Attorney General Ken Paxton thanked his supporters and legal team, saying:

“Today, the truth prevailed. The truth could not be buried by mudslinging politicians or their powerful benefactors. I’ve said many times: Seek the truth! And that is what was accomplished.”

He criticized the impeachment process, stating:

“The sham impeachment coordinated by the Biden Administration with liberal House Speaker Dade Phelan and his kangaroo court has cost taxpayers millions of dollars, disrupted the work of the Office of Attorney General and left a dark and permanent stain on the Texas House.”

“Over the last two weeks, the Texas House Board of Managers provided the Texas Senate and the people of Texas extensive evidence of Ken Paxton’s corruption, deception and self-dealing. It is extremely unfortunate that after hearing and evaluating this evidence, the Texas Senate chose not to remove him from office. Moreover, I find it deeply concerning that after weeks of claiming he would preside over this trial in an impartial and honest manner, Lt. Governor Patrick would conclude by confessing his bias and placing his contempt for the people’s House on full display. To be clear, Patrick attacked the House for standing up against corruption. His tirade disrespects the Constitutional impeachment process afforded to us by the founders of this great state. The inescapable conclusion is that today’s outcome appears to have been orchestrated from the start, cheating the people of Texas of justice.

“This impeachment was set in motion because Ken Paxton requested millions of taxpaver dollars to settle a lawsuit brought by conservative, senior employees who Paxton himself recruited to his office. These brave individuals were willing to sacrifice their reputations and careers to fight against the misconduct they witnessed, which included abuse of power, corruption, allegations of bribery, and allowing Nate Paul to act as the de facto Attorney General of Texas.

“The House General Investigating Committee’s subsequent investigation into the merits of the settlement produced more than enough damning evidence to warrant impeachment.

Because of them, Texans had the ability to hear the evidence in a public trial, as the founders of this great state intended.”

Kari lake has finally been able to file her appeal of the 2022 election that was stolen from her. the filing contains 74 pages and has even more evidence than her original suit. she also won’t have the disadvantage of the case being heard by a corrupt judge like she faced in her original trial. The judge hearing the appeal is Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper who refused Maricopa County’s motion to dismiss the case.

Judge Napper said that there is nothing wrong with comparing the signatur4es on mail-in ballots with the signature on their registration. This is a key6 point because there have been many issues found with the signatures, including mismatched signatures, multiple votes in the same handwriting, the name on the ballot not matching the name on the registration, and other problems. Lake and her attorneys are most likely going to get to see all of the mail-in ballot envelopes, which is the key to Lake’s victory.

Lake’s opening brief in the case says there is new evidence to support her allegations:

“New evidence demonstrates that Maricopa falsely certified its 446 vote-center tabulators passed mandatory L&A certification testing prior to Election Day and strongly suggests Maricopa planned the Election Day debacle.”

The filing said:

“The ensuing chaos led to massive lines and wait times, thereby impairing or depriving the right to vote of tens of thousands of predominately Republican voters.”

“Arizona elections are now in uncharted territory.”

“New evidence produced by Maricopa County (“Maricopa”) strongly suggests that Maricopa officials intentionally sabotaged the 2022 General Election, then gave false testimony attempting to cover up their misconduct. Even viewed in the light most favorable to Maricopa, the evidence shows Maricopa intentionally failed to conduct logic and accuracy (‘L&A’) testing” required by law and  “altered the election equipment thereby rendering the election irredeemably flawed.“

“After Maricopa conducted its falsely ‘certified’ L&A testing on October 11, 2022, Maricopa conducted unannounced and unlawful testing on all 446 vote-center tabulators on October 14, 17, and 18. The tabulator system log files show that 260 of the vote-center tabulators rejected ballots with the same tabulator error codes that occurred on Election Day. In other words, this evidence supports a conclusion that Maricopa’s unannounced and unlawful testing was a dry run for the Election Day debacle.”

The filing added that:

“Maricopa officials admitted, seven months after the fact, that between October 14-18, 2022, they swapped out the memory cards and the election software installed on Maricopa’s 446 vote-center tabulators with “reformatted memory cards” that purportedly contained election software supposedly previously tested on other equipment. Maricopa did not perform L&A testing on these 446 tabulators after swapping out the elections software and memory cards as required.”

Earlier this month, Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper indicated that he believed the current practice of verifying voter signatures on early ballots does not follow state law.

In refusing to dismiss a case against the state, he wrote that he believed the law required matching signatures to the registration records of Arizona voters. That’s contrary to the current practice of using other documents to match signatures.

According to Tucson.com., Lake supporter Ryan Heath is using that to call in a new filing that says the election Lake lost should be re-done.

“Maricopa County failed, in fact, to apply uniform signature verification standards for a material number of approximately 1.3 million votes cast through mail-in ballots,” Heath said in his filing. “As a result, every single one of those 1.3 million votes is tainted by the fatal stain of ‘uncertainty,’ requiring the setting aside of all ballots from Maricopa County for all statewide races for the 2022 General Election as a matter of law.”

The FBI agent who lied about the Hunter Biden laptop computer, Elvis Chan, was supposed to testify before the House Judiciary Committee, did not appear before the committee over a conflict between Chan’s personal attorney, whom Chan hired to protect himself and a DOJ attorney sent to protect the4 DOJ and the Biden administration. House rules do not allow for both attorneys and Chan did not want the DOJ lawyer. The DOJ lawyer would sacrifice Chan to protect the Biden caliphate.

As a result, the committee has now issued a subpoena for Chan to testify. However, the question of dueling attorneys has not yet been established. Is Chan required to use a DOJ lawyer or does he have the option of using his own personal attorney? Chan, you may recall apparently lied about the pressure the Biden hoodlums put on social media in order to try to bury the laptop scandal.

The FBI said in a statement:

“Today, after an FBI employee traveled across the country to voluntarily participate in a scheduled interview, he was denied the right to have his chosen legal counsel accompany him. Upon arrival at the Capitol, Committee staff directed agency counsel to leave the premises, and the interview was unable to proceed.”

It should not surprise you to find out that the FBI ou6t and out lied. They claimed that the committee refused to allow Chan to choose his own counsel, but then they said that the committee ordered the DOJ attorney to leave. But, the DOJ attorney was NOT Chan’s choice, his personal attorney was. The FBI must be very scared about what Chan will say to the committee.

“Internal FB docs reveal that an FBI Special Agent made false statements in testimony about the FBI’s role in the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story,” Jordan tweeted.

Elvis Chan was the conduit between the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) and social media platforms ahead of the 2020 presidential election, according to internal documents known as the “Twitter files” and the House Judiciary Committee.

Chan and FITF Section Chief Laura Dehmlow met with Facebook on Oct. 14, 2020, when the Hunter Biden laptop story broke in the New York Post, she testified in July. The FBI told Facebook “no comment” on whether the laptop was real, despite their knowledge that the laptop archive was real. Hunter Biden’s laptop contents have been verified by the Daily Caller News Foundation, The New York Times, The Washington Post and other media outlets.

By refusing to appear voluntarily, the Committee had no choice but to use compulsory process.

Chan testified in the Missouri v. Biden case that he did not have any other meetings with tech companies and he did not know about communications between FBI agents and Facebook. However, Jordan found that Chan had a “follow up” call with Facebook the following day.

Chan is required by the subpoena to appear for a deposition Sept. 21, 2023, according to the House Judiciary Committee. His interview is part of an ongoing investigation into the executive branch’s work with social media platforms to censor speech.

Renzi received a presidential pardon and the Supreme Court unanimously overturned his conviction.

Garland and the DOJ had two options for the role as assassin:
Andrew Weissmann, a famously dishonest hatchet man who ran the Mueller witch hunt for three years knowing that the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was all a hoax started by Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016. Jack Smith was the second obvious candidate for special counsel. Smith’s claim to fame was destroying the life and career of popular Republican Governor Bob McDonnell. Bob McDonnell was a threat to the Democrat Party. McDonnell was the very popular Republican governor of Virginia from 2010 to 2014. On January 21, 2014, McDonnell and his wife, Maureen, were indicted on federal corruption charges by Jack Smith for receiving improper gifts and loans from a Virginia businessman. They were convicted on most counts by a federal jury on September 4, 2014. McDonnell was the first Virginia governor to be convicted of a felony. However, on June 27, 2016, the Supreme Court of the United States unanimously overturned McDonnell’s conviction in an 8-0 decision. It didn’t matter. Bob was toast.  He would never run for office again.

Jack Smith was not put on the McDonnell case to win it. Jack Smith was put on the McDonnell case to destroy Bob McDonnell and guarantee he will never be president. Jack Smith did his job.

And Jack Smith is doing exactly as he was hired to do.

Jack Smith filed 40 garbage indictments against President Trump so far. He may add more. Smith indicted Trump for holding classified documents as a former president. The DOJ did not indict Joe Biden and Mike Pence who took classified documents while serving as Vice President. This was an actual crime. President Trump holding classified documents is not a crime. Jack Smith doesn’t care. Jack Smith also charged President Trump with obstruction even though Trump was working with the FBI at the time his home was raided. It doesn’t matter. He’s Donald Trump. Jack Smith has a job to do.

On Friday, Jack Smith asked uber-liberal Judge Chutkan to silence Donald Trump. Smith does not want Trump to campaign. Smith does not want Trump to talk. Smith is a hitman and assassin. Smith even wants Trump’s lawyers gagged!

Reps. Cori Bush and Rashida Tlaib co-wrote a column about the “cop city” protests in Atlanta which appeared in The Nation, a far-left whackadoo site. In their story, they accuse Georgia of committing murder after they shot and killed Manuel “Tortuguita” Terán. The two inane Reps made that accusation against the police after they shot Teran, who had shot a Georgia state trooper who had to undergo emergency surgery to save his life.

Here is their description of the incident:

What started out as a local fight over a $90 million, 85-acre militarized police base in the Weelaunee Forest near Atlanta, known as “Cop City,” has turned into one of the most extreme cases of government overreach, oppression, and violence in recent years. City and state officials are covering up the police killing of a protester and waging a chilling assault on the right to protest that risks setting a dangerous precedent.

In January, heavily militarized Georgia State Patrol officers shot and killed Manuel “Tortuguita” Terán, a nonviolent activist protesting in the local forest that Cop City would destroy, in a hail of 57 bullets. In the immediate aftermath of their killing, law enforcement claimed that Tortuguita possessed a firearm and fired first. This was a lie. Body camera footage suggests one officer shot another, and autopsies showed Tortuguita had their arms raised and no gunpowder residue on their hands when they were killed.

This is the first time I have heard of someone shooting a state trooper described as non-violent. Out of curiosity, I would like to know how many people each year are shot by non-violent protesters. I think it must be very rare. A gun was found after Teran was shot and ballistics show it is the same gun used to shoot the unidentified state trooper. The gun was traced and nit turns out the gun was purchased by Teran.

A newly released photograph of a gun is the weapon state investigators say was used by a protester camped near the so-called “Cop City” training facility site to shoot a Georgia State Patrol trooper on Wednesday. That protester was shot and killed by other officers on a task force assigned to sweep and clear the woods.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran was the person who pulled the trigger of that gun. Investigators say a forensic ballistic analysis confirms the remains of the bullet pulled from the trooper’s body during surgery on Wednesday afternoon was fired from the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm recovered at the scene.

According to them, an autopsy was commissioned by Teran’s family and it was confirmed that he had his hands up at the time. The man who did the autopsy was Dr. Kris L. Sperry, the GBI’s former chief medical examiner who retired after it was learned he had bilked the city7 for a large amount of money. He would contract to do an autopsy privately and would then bill the city for his time doing the private autopsy. It is also believed that he tailors his autopsies to fit whatever narrative those who hire him want. He has done over 500 such autopsies in the private sector.

The Teran family autopsy was performed by Dr. Kris L. Sperry, the GBI’s former chief medical examiner who in 2015 retired abruptly after an Atlanta Journal-Constitution investigation found he had claimed hundreds of work hours at the GBI when he actually was working for clients of his forensic-science consulting firm. The AJC found Sperry had taken on more than 500 cases as a paid forensic expert, and that his moonlighting had created conflicts of interest and undermined his scientific and medical judgment.

The AJC investigation of Sperry examined court filings, depositions and trial transcripts from more than five dozen of his private cases. Time after time, lawyers and other adversaries accused Sperry of tailoring conclusions to suit his paying customers…

“At some point during the course of being shot, the decedent was able to raise his hands and arms up and in front of his body, with his palms facing towards his upper body,” the autopsy says…

While the autopsy suggests Teran’s hands were raised, it is not clear when they were raised and how high. The autopsy doesn’t conclude whether Terans hands were raised above the head in a position of surrender or whether the hands were in a lower, defensive position after being shot.

In a Sunday letter, the legislators outlined three benefits for the illegals they want Biden to deliver. They want to do away with the mandatory 150-day waiting period for illegals to get work permits so that they can take jobs away from American citizens.

The letter said:

“The administration could assist asylum seekers and their communities by increasing the use of parole and decreasing the regulatory 150-day wait period for asylum seekers to apply for work authorization.”

Admission of foreign nationals to the U.S. labor market has the effect of reducing wages for American workers, according to a study by immigration economist George Borjas:

“The immigration surplus of $35 billion comes from reducing the wages of natives in competition with immigrants by an estimated $402 billion a year, while increasing profits or the incomes of users of immigrants by an estimated $437 billion.”

Democrats also demand that illegal aliens be given a provisional immigrant visa.

“The provisional waiver process allows individuals who are statutorily eligible for an immigrant visa but for their unlawful presence in the country to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility in the United States before they depart for their immigrant visa interview.”

Thirdly, Democrats want illegal aliens who have been deemed deportable to be able to request the cancellation of their removal proceedings — ensuring they’ll stay in the country in defiance of the law:

“Lastly, we encourage the administration to establish a process to make non-lawful permanent resident cancellation of removal (cancellation of removal) more accessible to those who are eligible. Such a process would help to streamline cancellation of removal cases and increase access to lawful permanent resident status for immigrants who are vital contributors to their American families and our communities.”

Democratic legislators requested a similar list of privileges for illegals as recently as May.

Democratic Reps. Pramila Jayapal of Washington and Jerry Nadler of New York are among the members of Congress to sign the letter.

The Biden administration hasn’t delivered a formal response to the letter.

The Democratic wish-list for asylum seekers comes as deep-blue cities struggle with the mass arrivals of new migrants from the southern border.

Last week, New York City Mayor Eric Adams warned that the continuing influx of migrants could “destroy” the iconic American city, according to WABC-TV.

A high-ranking CIA whistleblower claims that investigators were paid a bonus for concluding that COVID did not originate in the Wuhan Lab. The whistleblower said originally 6 of the 7 investigators willing to of this COVID Discovery Team were leaning towards a “low confidence assessment” that the virus likely originated in a Wuhan laboratory. When money talks, the corrupt always listens. Right, Jo0e and Hunter?

The final tally was six members willing to give some credence to the Wuhan lab theory and one, who was the leader of the group concluded it was naturally occurring. The whistleblower then said the investigators were paid money to change their findings. House Coronavirus Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH 2nd District) and House Intelligence Committee  Chairman Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH 10th District)  sent a letter to CIA Director William Burns demanding evidence of what was offered to the agents for switching their opinions. The whistleblower said it was a substantial amount of money.

“The Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic (Select Subcommittee) and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) (together “the Committees”) have received new and concerning whistleblower testimony regarding the Agency’s investigation into the origins of COVID-19.” 

“A multi-decade, senior-level, current Agency officer has come forward to provide information to the Committees regarding the Agency’s analysis into the origins of COVID-19.”

Wenstrup and Turner have set a deadline of September 26, 2023, for the CIA to turn over all relevant records and are urging a thorough investigation:

• All documents and communications regarding the establishment of all iterations of the COVID Discovery Team(s);
• All documents and communications between or among the members of all iterations of the COVID Discovery Team(s) regarding the origins of COVID-19;
• All documents and communications between or among members of all iterations of the COVID Discovery Team(s) and other employees or contractors of the Agency regarding the origins of COVID-19;
• All documents and communications between or among members of all iterations of the COVID Discovery Team(s) and employees or contractors of other federal government agencies, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of State, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (to include the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases), and the U.S. Department of Energy regarding the origins of COVID-19; and
• All documents and communications regarding the pay history, to include the awarding of any type of financial or performance

Dr. Huff told The Gateway Pundit that everyone knew this was a gain of function research. 

He added that the government is trying to cover this up because Dr. Fauci and Dr. Daszak funded the research at the Wuhan bio lab:

One of the first things that happened when I worked at EcoHealth Alliance is I was asked to review the understanding the bat coronavirus emergence risk proposal.  That’s the proposal that passed the NAID, Dr. Anthony Fauci money through EcoHealth alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Biology to do the gain of function work. There was no question in my mind when I reviewed this proposal that it was gain of function work. I’ve been against it since I was a PhD student and since I learned what it was, that’s fine. It actually splits. At the time, back in 2014, this was a hotly debated issue whether or not gain of function research should be occurring. And it’s not totally a black-and-white issue.  Actually, some gain of function research is necessary so that we can build live attenuated vaccines. The question is, how much evolution do they do in the laboratory to advance the pathogen or the agent to make an effective vaccine? And the problem was with this coronavirus gain of function work is that they actually evolved it 150,000 years into the future so that there’s no potential and no way that this virus would ever occur in nature…

… If you look at the epidemiology or the data of all the case data, this disease emerged in September or October of 2019.  That’s a hard fact. Okay?  We can prove it.  So the question is, why does the US government go into panic or cover up about that?  And it’s real simple. It’s real simple.  It’s because the US government funded the development of the agents in a number of US laboratories and they split up different parts of the work to these different laboratories.  And that all happened where I worked at EcoHealth.

A federal judge in Texas ruled that Obama’s DACA program is totally illegal and that no one can become classified as DACA from this point on, although he did not rule that current DACA recipients could be removed from the program:

A federal judge in Texas again ruled unlawful on Wednesday a program that has shielded hundreds of thousands of undocumented young adults from deportation and allowed them to legally work in the United States, rejecting a new rule that the Biden administration had introduced to address the court’s concerns.

The decision will prevent new applicants from applying for the program, but will not affect current applicants:

The decision is the latest twist in a five-year-long court saga that has left the program and its beneficiaries, known as Dreamers, hanging in the balance. While the ruling is a blow to the immigrants, the judge did not mandate an immediate end to the program. Current applicants will be able to keep and renew their protection. No new applications will be allowed.

“There are no material differences between the two programs,” the judge wrote in his 40-page opinion, adding that his decision did not compel the government to “take any immigration, deportation or criminal action against any DACA recipient.”

In a suit brought by Texas Attorney General @KenPaxtonTX, these particular illegal immigrants impose on the the state of Texas (aka the TAXPAYER) a cost of more than $250,000,000 per year and another $533,000,000 annually in costs to local Texas communities.

 A federal judge on Wednesday declared illegal a revised version of a federal policy that prevents the deportation of hundreds of thousands of immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen agreed with Texas and eight other states suing to stop the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program. The judge’s ruling was ultimately expected to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, sending the program’s fate before the high court for a third time.

Hanen barred the government from approving any new applications, but left the program intact for existing recipients during the expected appeals process. Hanen said his order does not require the federal government to take any actions against DACA recipients.

The states have argued the Obama administration didn’t have the authority to first create the program in 2012 because it circumvented Congress.

In 2021, Hanen had declared the program illegal, ruling it had not been subject to public notice and comment periods required under the federal Administrative Procedures Act.

Biden will appeal this ruling and then he will try to get the case heard by a liberal activist judge.
