Meta’s official policy is to hand over Facebook data to U.S. law enforcement in response to a court order, a subpoena, a search warrant, or an emergency situation involving “imminent harm to a child or risk of death or serious physical injury to any person.” The company received 73,956 requests from U.S. law enforcement and handed over data 87.84 percent of the time in the first half of 2023, according to the Meta website.\

I hate that we cannot trust the FBI because of how people like Robert Mueller, James Comey, Christopher Wray, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have corrupted the agency and how they have charged innocent people with ancillary crimes unrelated to criminal cases they are putting together because of the way they answered questions. If this happened to me and I was not under arrest, in order to protect myself, I would refuse to speak with the FBI, even with a lawyer. Why should I have to pay a lawyer because they want to ask me questions? However, I would cooperate with them if they are investigating an actual crime but if I did submit to their questions, I would demand a transcript and/or recording at no cost to me of their “interview.” This is so I can know how I answered the first time if they come back to ask again to avoid being charged with the ancillary crime of lying to them during an investigation.
I will not talk to the FBI about anything ever, the courts have given them the right to lie to you, and as you stated they can in prison you for getting mixed up from them lying to you! F the FBI and FJB!
it’s getting closer folks, everyday. the civil war is coming whether you like it or not. it won’t start out as citizen against citizen, but against thr polititions that are destroying the country.history is already written that most polititions will run, but some won’t make it before they catch a bullet.which might be faster and better than trials with paid off judges.sort of like what is going on now.
