Biden Campaign Humiliated by Fox News Anchor’s Fact Check

In a recent segment on Fox News, anchor John Roberts found himself at the center of controversy after the Biden campaign accused him of spreading a “blatant lie” about the price cap on insulin for Americans on Medicare.

The issue at hand is a hot button topic in American politics, with both parties claiming credit for implementing the $35 price cap. However, as Roberts pointed out, it was actually former President Donald Trump who first instituted this measure back in 2020.

During an interview with Democratic National Committee spokesperson Xochitl Hinojosa, Roberts asked her about the Biden campaign’s constant boasting about instituting the price cap.

Hinojosa confidently responded that it was indeed President Biden who implemented this policy.

But Roberts was quick to fact check her statement and reminded viewers that it was actually Trump who first signed an executive order to lower insulin prices for seniors on Medicare.

“This is not something that President Biden did,” Roberts clarified. “This was something that then-President Trump did.”

Hinojosa tried to defend her stance by stating that while Trump may have signed the executive order, it was only effective until January 2021 and it was ultimately President Biden who made it permanent.

However, as Roberts pointed out, this argument does not change the fact that Trump initiated the policy and took action towards lowering insulin prices for seniors on Medicare.

The Biden campaign has been touting this policy as a major accomplishment, but their claims have been called into question with Roberts’ fact check.

This incident highlights the ongoing battle between the two parties to take credit for popular policies and initiatives.

It is no secret that President Biden has been actively trying to distance himself from anything associated with Trump’s administration. However, in this case, his campaign’s attempt to claim credit for something that was not their doing backfired.

This is not the first time the Biden administration has tried to take credit for Trump’s achievements.

In April, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki claimed that President Biden was “the first president in history” to release his tax returns while in office.

This statement was quickly debunked by numerous media outlets, including Fox News, who pointed out that every president since Richard Nixon has released their tax returns while in office.

If Psakiexcrement said it, it was definitely a lie. Biden has done NOTHING good. Everything he does is worthless, just like all those in his “administration.” Worthless, a liar, unlikable, incompetent is no way to go through life.

What $35.00 cap? The cap calls for $35.00 PER MONTH, however the insurance companies have figured out that if your prescribed number of vials takes you just a couple of days past 30 or 31 days, you pay an additional $35. EVERY MONTH! And no, you don’t get next months insurance allotted amount, you are paying $70.00 for only what you need to get through one month. Not much better than what you will pay at Walmart without insurance.

This was a great statement made by none other than Senator John Kennedy. I just love this guy. He tells it like it is with lots of humor. Great, great Senator. We need more like him.

Why must Democrats lie about everything? Making claims for deeds that others actually accomplished, making up outright lies about things that never even happened, and even plagiarizing others speeches and writings. All that they stand for is based on a lie… that the USA is a democracy when it is in reality a representative republic.
