On Monday, Lieutenant Ted Macie, an active-duty officer in the Navy Medical Service Corps and a whistleblower, provided Department of Defense data indicating a substantial increase in cardiac issues among military pilots after receiving the vaccine.

Lt. Macie additionally serves as a Navy Health Administrator and Medical Recruiter and further discussed his wife Mara Macie’s initial concerns; she is currently running for Florida’s 5th Congressional District in the U.S. House.

Mara Macie’s social media post raised concerns regarding the treatment of thousands of service members during the vaccine rollout, demonstrating a lack of confidence in military leadership and demanding accountability and justice.

“So you may have seen my wife’s recent post, and I want to elaborate on that and give you an example as to why reinstatement, back pay, and apologies isn’t enough,” said Macie in a video posted on X.

In a staunch reply to Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt’s call for rehiring previously discharged service members with “full back pay, rank and an apology,” Mara Macie emphasized the deep lack of trust in military leadership among those affected by “illegal mandates.”

Thousands of servicemembers were treated with “disrespect” and fired because of “tyranny,” yet citing recruitment challenges as a reason this should be a priority diminishes the sentiment.

There is a complete lack of trust in the military “leadership” among those who were not only involuntarily separated, but also those who walked away (including just shy of retirement), those who fought from within but were flagged for promotion, those who didn’t want to take the shot but were coerced, and us family members who have been told that our community’s mental and physical health is important to that alleged leadership.

Accountability is the only answer. Every single voice of servicemembers who suffered because of these ILLEGAL mandates should be heard before Congress. Every single military “leader” who was informed by servicemembers presenting them with the law and still did nothing should be investigated until we remove all those who put their careers above the mental and physical safety of our servicemembers and their families.

When I am elected to Congress, I will lead the charge for accountability, and the investigation into those who violated their oath of office, therefore forfeiting their honorable status, in exchange for personal advancement. Justice must prevail.”

Lt. Macie presented data that showed a dramatic increase in various heart-related ailments among fixed-wing and helicopter pilots.

Hypertensive disease, ischemic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, heart failure, other forms of heart disease, and cardiomyopathy all increased compared to the five-year average prior to 2022, with surges of 36%, 69%, 62%, 973%, 63% and 152% respectively.

In July 2021 it was reported on a leaked military study which admitted a 151% increase in myocarditis cases post-vaccination in the US Military.

Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Gilbert Cisneros Jr. confirmed the rise; he noted 275 cases of myocarditis in 2021 – significantly more than the annual average observed from 2016 to 2020.

In an X post, Lt. Macie wrote, “Thank you to the Congressman and woman raising concerns over the injustice of the illegal shot mandate. With that said, my wife Mara Macie and thousands of us will stop until there’s accountability, it’s the ONLY way to right the ship. The effects from this are just beginning, and to simply overlook them is a disservice to us and the country. Mexican officials have begun supplying GPS coordinates to caravans of undocumented migrants proceeding to the United States border.

Efraín González, who is embedded with a large caravan in Piedras Negras, Mexico, has reported that Mexican authorities are providing these migrants with GPS coordinates for mass crossings into the U.S.

“We accompanied this caravan that walked for an hour in the darkest to reach the crossing point. The migrant said they were angry Mexican authorities sent them to cross into this dangerous area of the river at night,” González said.

“Most of these people do not know how to get to the river. However, through GPS they obtain the exact location where forklift tractors raised the razor wire last October,” he said.

It is unclear exactly who is providing the GPS coordinates to the illegals.

“We have GPS and it guides us,” one illegal told Gonzalez in Spanish.

“These GPS-guided mass crossings into Eagle Pass have become much more frequent this November,” Gonzalez said.

Earlier this month, citizen journalist Auden Cabello posted pictures of pamphlets and maps found at a major crossing point.

One pamphlet was from Amigos del Tren, an organization that strives to “support migrants on their brave journey through Mexico on the La Bestia train”.

The second document was from the Red Cross with train routes indicated. The third was issued by ACNUR, the United Nations Agency for Refugees.

ICYMI: 21 Migrant Sex Offenders Busted in One Texas Border Sector in 7 Weeks

Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent assigned to the Washington Field Office, has raised concerns about the expansion of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) surveillance activities following the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol.

In an article published on UncoverDC, he highlights a letter written by then-Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), to TSA Administrator David Pekoske.

Dated January 11th, 2021, Thompson’s letter referred to this incident as an “insurrection” aimed at “preventing the certification of a democratic election and, apparently, inflicting violence upon elected officials” and expressed his dismay that federal agencies had not been prepared despite there being “evidence that the attack was planned largely in open internet forums.”

The letter outlines ongoing threats and the lack of arrests or restrictions on the movement of many implicated, raising worries about potential future violence, including at Joe Biden’s inauguration.

It demands prompt briefings on measures to impede potentially dangerous travel, deny air service to those identified as a risk, safeguard transportation, and secure members of Congress and the public.

The letter further inquires into TSA’s attempts to identify and add those responsible for the January 6th protest to watchlists, as well as their plans for protecting surface transportation and ensuring the safety of Members of Congress, flight crewmembers, and the public from domestic terror groups while traveling.

Please provide a briefing not later than the end of this week on the following topics:

• Current efforts to disrupt the travel of white supremacist and other domestic terrorist groups who may be planning further attacks against the U.S. Government and may be targeting the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden;

• Options available for quickly denying air carrier service to individuals identified as posing a potential threat, including TSA’s authorities to prevent individuals from flying on a temporary or flight-by-flight basis;
• The current status of efforts to identify and add to watchlists the perpetrators of Wednesday’s attack and the standards being used to determine their vetting status for future travel;
• Plans to protect surface transportation from potential threats; and

• Efforts to protect Members of Congress, flight crewmembers, and the public from domestic terror groups and sympathizers while traveling.

Seraphin’s article focuses on the TSA’s Quiet Skies program, which utilizes air marshals to monitor suspicious travelers and identify potential terrorist threats. Initially directed at international passengers for enhanced screening, whistleblower Sonya LaBosco, Director of the Air Marshal National Council, exposed abuses of this program leading to intrusive screenings and a “Secondary Security Screening Selection” (SSSS) designation on boarding passes for individuals engaged in First Amendment activities or present in certain areas.

LaBosco suggested that a shift had occurred post-January 2021 in the Federal Air Marshal Service from focusing on international counterterrorism to surveilling domestic travelers who were not listed on any other federal watch list.

This shift is believed to be linked to Congressman Thompson’s request to disrupt services based on political affiliations.

Reports indicate that air marshals have been reassigned since Biden’s regime began, either stationed at the border or tracking individuals related to January 6th events regardless of their involvement with criminal activity as per an order from DHS Secretary Mayorkas and TSA Administrator David Pekoske.

“Our primary mission is a little group called Quiet Skies. It’s a mission called Quiet Skies that we’re following people that flew into the National Capitol region in January 2021. You did not have to go to the Capitol or the rally, and you’d been put on a specific list that TSA now has assigned Air Marshals to follow these people who have not had any type of criminal investigation. They haven’t committed a crime, but yet, three years later, we’re following the same individuals day in and day out,” LaBosco said.

“They didn’t even have to be at the Capitol. They could have just flown into the National Capitol region. So if anybody was there for a job interview to visit family, we even had a gentleman that was there for a funeral. They put on this domestic terrorist list just because of their geographic location to Washington, DC. So, these people did not even commit a crime. They weren’t even at the Capitol,” she added.

According to Seraphin, “What Americans should know after reading this letter is that the Democrat narrative regarding what they would set out to show in their highly curated, nominally bipartisan Committee on January 6th was already sent out as marching orders to one of the federal government’s most inefficient and theatrical entities: the TSA.”

Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents arrested 21 criminal aliens with prior convictions for sex offenses, many of which were against children.

Acting Chief Patrol Agent Juan Bernal posted the mugshots of these individuals, who had illegally crossed the border between ports of entry since October 1.

All migrants undergoing arrest are subject to a biometric background check, intended to prevent this type of criminal from re-entering the United States.

On November 18, Chief Bernal reported the arrest of an individual encountered in the vicinity of Brackettville, Texas, who had a prior conviction for sexual contact with a minor aged 11 or younger.

In another post, Bernal reported the arrest of a Mexican national with a prior conviction for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

Between FY23 and FY22, there was a significant increase in the number of migrants with criminal convictions encountered by Border Patrol agents.

Over 27,295 criminal aliens were apprehended during this time period, exceeding the total of 21,936 from FY17-FY20 under former President Donald Trump’s administration by 24%. In October alone, 1,559 criminal aliens were detained.

These criminals had committed a variety of offenses including indecency with a child, first degree rape of a minor, unlawful sexual contact with a minor and sexual exposure to a child.

On Sunday, James O’Keefe, CEO of O’Keefe Media Group (OMG), revealed on social media that he had been placed on a “list” for extra screening during domestic flights.

According to Forbes, this is known as the “Secondary Security Screening Selection” code (SSSS). At Palm Beach International Airport, security shut down an entire passenger line while O’Keefe was going through it.

A TSA agent then instructed O’Keefe to contact the State Department in order to be removed from the list; they mentioned that his name sounded familiar.

It has recently been revealed that Air Marshals are quietly surveilling certain conservative citizens, including James O’Keefe, even if they were not present at the Capitol on January 6. Sonya Labosco,

Director of the Air Marshals National Council, confirmed that Air Marshals have shifted away from their traditional focus on terrorists and instead are now targeting all individuals who flew into the DC area in January 2021.

Labosco stated that these individuals are being tracked regardless of whether or not they actually visited the US Capitol.

“We’re not flying right now. The only missions that we are doing are ‘Quiet Skies’ missions and those are missions that are following the January 2021 people,” Labosco said. “So we’re either on the border for illegal immigrants or we’re following folks from January 2021. We’re not doing our regular missions where we’re out there looking for the bad guys so for now most flights you’re not gonna have Air Marshals.”

ICYMI: Mitt Romney’s CIA-Linked Advisor Was Placed on Burisma Board While He Was Impeaching President Trump

A ruling by an Oregon judge has temporarily suspended the implementation of Measure 114, a gun control law that was barely approved in a 2022 referendum.

The measure received only 50.65 percent support among voters and had majority backing in just six of Oregon’s 36 counties.

It requires individuals to obtain a permit before purchasing any kind of firearm and prohibits magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

The National Rifle Association (NRA) has labeled it “the nation’s most extreme gun control initiative,” according to Fox News.

“This Thanksgiving, we can be thankful for Article I, section 27 and its continued protection of our right to bear arms,” attorney Tony Aiello Jr., who represented two gun owners, said.

A point of contention at the center of the discussion was whether the distinction between semi-automatic and automatic weapons constituted such a drastic departure from precedent that Oregon’s state constitution no longer applied.

“The idea that Oregon’s pioneers intended to freeze the firearm technology accessible by Oregonians to antiques is ridiculous on its face,” Aiello said.

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum claims the state will appeal.

“The Harney County judge’s ruling is wrong. Worse, it needlessly puts Oregonians’ lives at risk,” she said.

The law was met with legal challenges following its passage and has never been enforced, according to the Associated Press.

Despite a federal trial ruling that the law is in compliance with the federal Constitution, it must still be shown to abide by both the state and federal constitutions to take effect.

In his ruling, Circuit Court Judge Robert Raschio stated that citizens’ right to self-defense would be severely impeded by this legislation, citing that when Oregon adopted its constitution, settlers were provided with as much technological protection through weapons as possible.

“The court finds the (voters) of 1857 did not seek to restrain access to the best firearms with the highest functionality possible they could procure,” he wrote.

“The court finds that the large capacity magazine ban effectively bans all firearm magazines fixed or attached which is unconstitutional under any application of said law,” he wrote.

Raschio rejected claims that a magazine limit promoted safety.

“The court finds that 10-round magazine bans are no panacea to prevent a mass shooter,” he wrote.

“People tend to believe these events are prolific and happening all the time with massive levels of death and injury. The court finds this belief, though sensationalized by the media, is not validated by the evidence,” he wrote.

The decision is “likely the first opening salvo of multiple rounds of litigation,” said Norman Williams, a constitutional law professor at Willamette University, told the AP.

“The U.S. Constitution sets a floor, not a ceiling, for rights, so state constitutions can be more rights-protective than the federal constitution,” Williams noted.

Ahead of the 2024 presidential election, an analysis conducted by the American Immigration Council has revealed that more than 23 million immigrants who have naturalized to become citizens of the United States are eligible to vote.

This provides insight into how legal immigration into the country is providing a significant electoral power for naturalized citizens.

“As more immigrants naturalize and become eligible to vote, they continue to gain political power,” the analysis states. “The number of immigrant voters is only projected to rise in the next decade, and in some states, foreign-born voters are already capable of deciding elections.”

According to 2021 data, there are more than 23 million immigrants in the United States who are eligible to vote ahead of the upcoming election. Of these immigrants, nearly 24 million have obtained American citizenship through naturalization.

This analysis suggests that foreign-born individuals will comprise approximately 10 percent of all eligible voters in 2024—an unprecedented level of representation for those born outside of the country.

Consequently, this offers an immense amount of voting power to non-native citizens.

The foreign-born share of the American electorate is profoundly significant, as presidential elections in swing states are routinely decided by slim margins.

For example, the 2020 election was determined by a mere seven million votes. In Nevada, President Joe Biden’s victory over former President Donald Trump hinged upon 33,500 votes; similarly, Arizona was decided by 10,400 votes while Georgia was separated by just 11,800 votes.

Pennsylvania’s margin of difference was 81,600 votes and Michigan had 154,000 more for Biden than Trump while Wisconsin’s gap amounted to 20,600.

Foreign-born voters tend to be more supportive of Democratic candidates than Republican candidates; however, pollsters declined to track this data in the 2020 election.

In 2016 though exit polls conducted by CNN indicated that Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton won foreign-born vote 64 percent compared to Trump’s 31 percent whereas native-born Americans voted 49 percent for Trump and 45 percent for Clinton.

If only foreign-born citizens voted in 2016 then Clinton would have secured a resounding victory over Trump.

Recently, Breitbart News reported that the foreign-born population in the United States is projected to reach an unprecedented 50 million under the Biden administration.

This vast majority of immigrants are admitted through the process known as “chain migration”, where naturalized citizens can sponsor an unlimited number of green cards for their foreign relatives.

If current legal immigration levels remain consistent, an additional 15 million foreign-born individuals could be added to the American electorate by 2043.

Of these, it is estimated that eight million will have been granted entry due to family ties already residing in the United States.

ICYMI: US Border Patrol Agent Dies While Trying to Stop Illegal Immigrants

On Friday, the ANSWER Coalition organized a protest at the New York headquarters of Fox News’s parent company, accusing the network of covering up genocide in Palestine.

Protesters gathered in the lobby, brandishing Palestinian flags and holding a banner reading “Fox News’ lies cover up genocide.”

Coalition reported on X (formerly Twitter) that “hundreds” of people attended the protest; however, a spokesperson for the New York Police Department told The Hill that there were approximately thirty protesters.

The NYPD took sixteen individuals into custody, according to the spokesperson.

Although these people claim to be opposed to colonialism, their actions suggest otherwise. Instead of attempting to understand the nuanced political and historical context of what they are protesting, they attempt to dominate and occupy other people’s spaces without considering the implications of their actions.

It appears likely that many of these participants lack an understanding of the deeper meaning behind their demonstration.

It is evident that Mitt Romney has not been honest about his involvement in the Burisma scandal.

When President Trump was impeached for investigating US politicians’ activities in Ukraine, Romney voted to approve the impeachment – even though his former associate was on the Burisma board.

Mollie Hemmingway of The Federalist recently reported on a new book authored by Senator Mitt Romney, wherein he claims to have had no knowledge of Hunter Biden’s actions as a board member of Ukrainian oil and gas giant Burisma.

During the fall of 2019, Romney was vocal in his disapproval of President Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and ultimately voted in favor of impeachment. This led to Fox News hosts treating Romney with increasing hostility, such as Hannity accusing him of being jealous over Trump’s successes.

After calling up his “old buddy,” their conversation quickly devolved into an argument wherein Romney was asked why he wasn’t more outraged by the Burisma scandal at the heart of the Ukraine impeachment proceedings. It is this moment that revealed Romney’s lack of awareness regarding Burisma; when asked how he could not know about it, he found himself unable to answer.

His subsequent insults towards Hannity further demonstrate his lack of principled understanding during the impeachment process.

Mitt Romney’s close advisor, Joseph Cofer Black, was on the board of Burisma alongside Hunter Biden. This raises questions about Romney’s knowledge of the company and its dealings.

Additionally, it was discovered that Hunter Biden requested someone from the CIA to join Burisma’s Board – an email found on his laptop revealed this information.

These connections between prominent American politicians and Ukraine-based companies demonstrate a need for further investigation into what exactly each party knew and when they knew it.

Former CIA official, Black, was appointed to Burisma’s Board in 2019. He has a strong connection to Senator Mitt Romney, having served as his advisor for national security during his 2008 presidential campaign and additionally serving as a special advisor for national security and foreign policy on Romney’s 2012 failed Presidential bid.

It is clear that Romney was aware of Burisma at the same time he worked towards impeaching President Trump.

This raises questions as to whether or not Romney was being honest when he spoke with Hannity or voted to impeach President Trump.

On September 29, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners reported an incident involving Felicia Franklin, the Vice Chair of their Board.

Body cam footage from that day has recently been released, which reveals a troubling scene in which Franklin is uncooperative and hostile towards medical personnel and law enforcement while being found passed out on a sidewalk outside a sports bar.

Emergency services had to restrain her in the ambulance as well as at the hospital due to her increasingly aggressive behavior.

As a result of this incident, Franklin was removed from her position of Vice Chair.

“I don’t give a f***, get him out of my face,” she said while she assaulted one of the medics.

Franklin initially alleged that she had been given a “date rape pill” and only had one glass of wine and one cocktail.

However, police contradicted this statement upon discovering that there was no sign of the drug in her system; instead, analysis indicated the presence of alcohol and cannabis.

CCTV footage from the bar also revealed Franklin being served multiple drinks and displaying energetic behavior while dancing.

On October 23, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners appointed DeMont Davis as the new Vice Chair, despite Franklin’s claims that she was unlawfully voted out.

Davis commented on the situation, stating “When things are caught on camera like that, we’ve got to begin to address it. I think there had to be a change to regain some of this confidence.”

Board Chairman Jeff Turner expressed his view on the matter by saying “The video spoke for itself. What more can we say? We represent the citizens of Clayton County, and we have to make sure we present ourselves in a way that our citizens are going to be proud of us.”

Following her removal from office, Franklin took to Facebook claiming she had been drugged and signifying her intention to work with authorities for justice and improved safety measures.

She wrote:

Former President Donald Trump’s legal team has filed a motion to dismiss the federal election interference case against him, asserting that he is entitled to “absolute immunity” from prosecution for actions taken while in office.

This is the first of what appears to be numerous attempts by Trump’s attorneys to have the charges brought forth by Special Counsel Jack Smith dismissed.

The charges allege that Trump was engaged in a “criminal scheme” to overturn the results of the 2020 election through various means, such as enlisting false electors, manipulating Justice Department proceedings, attempting to persuade the Vice President to alter election results, and promoting claims of electoral fraud.

Despite these accusations, Trump maintains his innocence and characterizes them as “a persecution of a political opponent.”

In an opinion piece published in The Hill, James D. Zirin – former United States Attorney for New York’s Southern District – outlined how the Supreme Court may soon decide on whether or not Trump should be granted immunity from prosecution.

Before facing any criminal charges, Trump attempted to use the argument of absolute immunity to avoid being held liable for the January 6 insurrection in civil lawsuits. However, two federal judges rejected this claim in cases filed at the same courthouse as Trump’s election subversion case in Washington, D.C. The D.C.

Circuit Court of Appeals is currently considering an appeal in U.S. Capitol Police Officer James Blassingame’s lawsuit; a decision could potentially be made before it reaches the Supreme Court and delay or even derail the criminal case against Trump if successful.

This story is centred on Blassingame’s experience that day; he faced a barrage of racist abuse and violence while defending the United States Capitol from pro-Trump rioters who allegedly called him racial slurs “more times than he could count” and assaulted him until his body was covered with bruises and cuts.

Blassingame stated that the incident caused him considerable emotional distress and physical pain, which he experienced for months afterwards. He further asserted that it was due to Trump’s actions.

In February 2022, U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta rejected the defense of immunity in three lawsuits against Trump, including Blassingame’s.

This decision was supported by Senior U.S District Judge Emmet Sullivan in November when he ruled that immunity would not cover any potential acts outside of Trump’s official duties related to the case.

As a result, Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump on criminal charges relating to the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Trump’s legal team has argued in their appeal with the D.C Circuit Court of Appeals that the criminal case should be put on hold until Blassingame’s lawsuit is resolved due to its relevance as precedent for appellate review.

The hearing was heard by Judges Gregory Katsas, Judith Rogers and Sri Srinivasan in December 2021..

Legal experts have suggested that the appeals court could review pre-trial motions relating to immunity before Trump’s criminal cases go to trial. If those motions are unsuccessful in lower courts, attorneys for Trump can then file an interlocutory appeal, which is generally reserved for instances of great importance prior to trial.

University of Baltimore Law Professor Kim Wehle has theorized that appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, may make an exception and grant such an appeal due to its exceptional circumstances.

“To go to trial, if there is immunity or some other threshold basis to not go to trial, would damage the presidency itself,” Wehle told The Messenger. “Practically speaking, they’re not going to put the country through a trial when there is a valid immunity defense from the threshold, from the get-go.”

In July, Hazmat crews were dispatched to the entrance gate near the West Wing of the White House in response to a suspicious white substance that tested positive for cocaine hydrochloride.

Jesse Watters revealed on his Fox News show that over 100 pages of documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request showed inconsistencies and cover-ups in the narrative surrounding the discovery and handling of cocaine at the White House, indicating that the Secret Service had been misleading the public about this investigation.

Initially, it was reported that cocaine had been discovered in the library, situated on the ground floor of the White House.

Authorities altered the positioning of the cocaine reportedly discovered in the Biden White House. The cocaine had allegedly been concealed in a “cubby” located in a storage area in the West Wing rather than in the library.

The Biden Administration has released the first images of the 2 grams of cocaine found at the White House over the summer, in response to a FOIA request filed by The Daily Mail.

These developments raise questions regarding the accuracy and transparency of statements made by Secret Service officials.

Complicating matters further is a discrepancy in initial drug testing results for the substance, which initially indicated opioids and amphetamines before being identified as cocaine.

This raises doubts about both the testing process and subsequent handling of evidence.

Secret Service closed its investigation into this scandal without conducting any interviews or identifying any suspects, claiming that fingerprinting and DNA samples produced no leads – despite alleged presence of three tubes of DNA recovered from the bag containing cocaine on-site.

According to Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugliemi, it was deemed too resource-intensive to interview all 500 potential culprits associated with this incident.

However, Jesse Watters reported that documents obtained through his FOIA request indicate that not only was DNA present on the baggie, but it was also processed and preserved in an evidence vault – contradicting previous assertions there was no physical evidence available.

While preservation efforts have been taken for this sample, there remains no certainty as to whether these efforts will be maintained or if they will be destroyed altogether – leaving us unable to identify who actually brought Cocaine to the White House with any degree of certainty.

“They have something we don’t know. And the Secret Service told Prime Time they may end up destroying the DNA evidence at some point down the road, you know, ‘protocol.’”

“Primetime ask the Secret Service, why didn’t you take DNA samples from your suspect list? They said they would have needed a court order. This tells me two things. The Secret Service didn’t want to crack the case, or the Secret Service knew the coke was found in the library and put it in a cubby and closed the case,” said Watters.

In an article published by Soldier of Fortune, award-winning writer and investigative journalist Susan Katz Keating revealed information from three sources who currently work for a U.S. government agency, but are not authorized to speak to the media.

All three sources provided Keating with the same name that emerged as a result of an investigation into the cocaine incident at the White House.

It is believed this suspect was reported to Joe Biden, though no physical evidence exists to confirm this.

One source told Keating, “If you want the name, ask Joe Biden. He knows who it is.”

A second source clarified that the individual in question was not Hunter Biden but someone within his family orbit instead.

“Gaetz has been under a review by the House Committee on Ethics that is thought to center around accusations including sexual misconduct and illicit drug use,” the New York Post reported.

“The committee last week dropped a stunning report on Santos — who is staring down a 23-count indictment — that alleged he ‘blatantly stole’ from his campaign for personal use,” it continued.

“Gaetz and McCarthy have long had a fraught relationship, though their feud sparked national headlines as the former blocked McCarthy’s speakership bid in January,” the Washington Examiner reported.

“McCarthy has argued that Gaetz’s efforts to take him down were based on personal grievances over his failure to shut down the ethics inquiry into allegations of sexual misconduct and misuse of campaign funds by the Florida lawmaker,” it stated.

House Republicans continue to show friction, a long-standing issue. After an extended period for the confirmation of McCarthy at the start of the year, the party has since changed its speaker and faced several other controversies.

Democrats are using this disunity in order to support President Joe Biden’s bid for re-election in 2024.

Special Counsel Jack Smith made an unfortunate mistake when he referred to potential witnesses as “political witnesses” in his response brief to the Trump legal team’s appeal of U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order on the former president.

Last month, Judge Chutkan granted a highly unusual gag order that prevents the former president from discussing certain aspects of the case, sparking criticism from civil liberties advocates and allegations that the Trump campaign was interfering with the election process.

Smith submitted a request for this motion to be accepted; however, Chutkan quickly rescinded her own order after Trump filed an appeal.

A D.C.-based appeals court temporarily suspended the order before reinstating it about a week later.

In accordance with their assigned schedules, both parties were asked to submit their briefs before their respective due dates; Smith’s office used some of Trump’s social media posts to justify why they supported the gag order in their brief.

“At the hearing that followed, the district court reviewed several of the defendant’s social media posts, which fell into ‘roughly five categories,’” Smith wrote. This included statements about Judge Chutkan and district court employees, statement about Smith and his team, and statements about “political witnesses.”

Smith was seemingly referring to “potential witnesses,” though the potentially revealing error has raised eyebrows. “Talk about slip of the tongue,” said independent reporter Julie Kelly in an X post.

Former President Trump has achieved a major victory in the fraud case against New York Attorney General Letitia James, as Judge David Friedman of the first department of the appellate division overturned Judge Arthur F. Engoron’s gag order on October 3.

On Friday, Friedman ruled that this order violated Trump’s right to free speech.

The gag order was issued after Trump had made statements via social media and to the press implying that he did not receive fair treatment from Engoron, due to his belief that Engoron’s law clerk, Alison Greenfield, had political ties to Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

In a since-deleted post, Trump wrote: “Schumer’s girlfriend, Alison R. Greenfield is running this case against me. How disgraceful! This case should be dismissed immediately.”

Trump’s attorneys and supporters have used these orders as evidence of political bias toward him during the trial process.

As Chutkan’s appeal process continues, this decision serves as a significant victory for former President Trump and his defense team.

“You saw what was just put out about Schumer and the principal clerk. That is disgraceful,” Trump told the press, adding that the trial was “rigged” and “fraudulent.”

Now that the gag order has been lifted, Trump can speak freely, which his supporters argue was an inherent right that should never have been removed.

On November 2, U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, as well as U.S. Representatives Robert Garcia of California and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz of Florida introduced the Ammunition Modernization and Monitoring Oversight Act to help compensate for the “lack of regulation on ammunition sales in Congress.”

The bill would require businesses selling ammunition to obtain the same federal licenses gun dealers are required to have, impose restrictions on bulk ammunition sales, mandate licensing requirements for ammunition vendors, and conduct background checks for all potential buyers.

Currently, there are no such requirements regarding license possession prior to selling ammunition or record-keeping/data-sharing regulations in place.

“We have a moral responsibility to treat gun violence in this country like the crisis it is,” Warren said, according to the news release from her office.

“The Ammunition Modernization and Monitoring Oversight (AMMO) Act is a common-sense step to restrict ammunition sales, strengthen federal oversight of those sales, and help end the epidemic of gun violence in America,” the senator said.

The AMMO Act seeks to implement a policy that is already in effect at the state level in California.

According to Breitbart News, ammunition can only be purchased from approved vendors and background checks are required for purchases within the state.

Out-of-state ammunition purchases are prohibited as well.

If passed, this act would formalize existing policy in California and make it a federal law.

“The bottom line is no individual should be buying bulk amounts of ammunition without a federal background check from places like gas stations, pharmacies, and convenience stores – especially without any sort of regulation and no record of the sale,” Garcia said.

This bill aims to protect the American public from the devastating violence that occurs when individuals have access to unlimited amounts of weaponry,” the representative added.

The AMMO Act, if passed, would extend existing prohibitions on straw purchases of firearms to include ammunition. This means that it would be unlawful for individuals to purchase ammunition and then provide it to others.

Furthermore, the bill’s sponsors have proposed restrictions on bulk purchases of ammo depending on the type; for example, no more than 100 rounds of .50 caliber ammo may be purchased in a five-day period, while a limit of 1000 rounds applies to other types of ammunition.

“No family should endure the pain of losing a loved one to gun violence,” said Representative Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. “I’m proud to work with Congressman Robert Garcia and Senator Warren to introduce comprehensive legislation closing the ammunition loophole in our gun safety laws. This bill will save lives.”

This came after Brazile repeatedly mispronounced the name of 2024 GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and suggested that he should “just shut the hell up and go home.”

Adam Kinzinger also added a dismissive comment about Ramaswamy in this segment discussing potential dropouts from the Republican primary.

Maher corrected Brazile on the pronunciation of Ramaswamy’s name and questioned if she would make similar comments about other ethnicities.

Although Ramaswamy clarified that his first name rhymes with ‘cake’ and is pronounced ‘Vi-vake,’ Brazile continued to mock this pronunciation even after being corrected by Maher, resulting in laughter from the audience.

Ramaswamy has questioned what the reaction would be if a white Republican had said comparable remarks to a Democratic person of color.

McLaughlin, Ramaswamy’s communications director and senior adviser, spoke to DailyMail.com about the incident, calling it “reverse racism.”

She pointed out what she believes was the double standard in political discourse, suggesting that a white Republican would face more serious punishment than Brazile would receive from her peers.

“If that were a white Republican they would be fired and torn to shreds on cable TV… Donna will probably get an ‘atta boy’ from her colleagues. Gross,” said McLaughlin.

In response to the Capitol protests on January 6, Speaker Mike Johnson released security camera footage, causing uproar among Democrats.

Johnson noted that “the American people can always be trusted to evaluate information and make their own judgments and decisions”.

At the same time, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has called for further investigations into the incident, emphasizing accountability for those involved and who provided false testimony during the Jan 6th investigation.

The release of these tapes only highlighted how there was in fact,  no insurrection.

It brought to light the immense strain placed on individuals awaiting trial or serving sentences due to the intense media scrutiny, public shaming, and legal pressures which contributed to a sense of hopelessness and isolation.

(Sen. Mike) Lee, Greene, and others have suggested that the select committee released videos that were biased in favor of showing a violent insurrection and blaming former President Donald Trump for sparking the crisis.

Now, they want that bias investigated and people charged if they withheld key evidence in the probe.

“Every member of the Jan 6th committee, Nancy Pelosi, FBI, DOJ, DC Police, Cap Police, Jan 6 witnesses who lied, all need to be subpoenaed,” said Greene.

“Criminal referrals must be written and prosecutions MUST happen under a Trump DOJ. I’ve said it all along, MAGA did not do this,” said Greene.

On his personal X, Lee singled out select committee leadership, writing, “Why didn’t Liz Cheney and Adam Kizinger ever refer to any of these tapes? Maybe they never looked for them. Maybe they never even questioned their own narrative. Maybe they were just too busy selectively leaking the text messages of Republicans they wanted to defeat.”

Greene’s statement calls for preparing criminal referrals and insists that prosecutions should occur under the Trump administration’s Department of Justice.

She emphasizes that this is essential to guaranteeing justice and rectifying any purported misconduct about the Jan 6th aftermath.
